Updated and comfortably furnished with ample space for family and friends, this three-bedroom home provides terrific access to the all-seasons activities of Eidelweiss Village, Madison, and the Mt. Washington Valley. Step inside to find such at-home conveniences as seasonal air-conditioning and complimentary internet access throughout, a washer/dryer to refresh your clothes each evening, and two living areas, including one with a foosball table for your family's entertainment. Bring your coffee outside to the spacious deck each morning, and come home from a swim at one of the community's five lakefront beaches to get the gas grill going for an afternoon barbecue. Spend golden hour telling stories in the cozy warmth of the indoor gas log stove. At night, you'll have a wealth of fun at your fingertips, including large Roku TVs with Chromecast both upstairs and downstairs, DVD players, a Nintendo Wii, and an assortment of board games.

This home is part of Eidelweiss Village, a private, family-friendly community centered around Little, Middle, and Big Pea Porridge Pond in Madison. You'll enjoy access to five sandy beaches and a playground mere minutes away, all just five miles south of downtown Conway and the iconic Kancamagus Highway, which you can follow for a spectacular foliage drive in autumn. If you're visiting in winter, you'll have your choice of nearby ski slopes, including King Pine eight miles south, Cranmore 11 miles north, and Attitash 18 miles northwest. You'll also be a few minutes' drive from the Conway Scenic Railroad and an abundance of tax-free outlet shopping in Conway and North Conway.

Great location and home for our ski weekend at King Pine. House was clean and exactly as advertised. We had no contact with anybody from Vacassa or the owner as we had no issues.Definitely recommend.

Pleasant short stay

The house was comfortable and clean, area is quiet with access to local pond beach which kids loved. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything necessary, air conditioning was very welcome on hot days.

The house was very clean and well equipped with anything you would need. Even the outside grill was clean and ready for use. All the bedrooms had clean and comfortable bedding- like being in a hotel.

Should have stayed longer

Beautiful house a little off the beaten path. Hardwood floors, lots of room. Really nice setup. Only regret was that our stay was too short.

Great location

Location perfect to North Conway and cranmore. The hot water needs fixing to allow more than one person per hour to shower without cold water. Also mirrors needed in bedrooms.

We just spent five nights at this home including five adults and four kids. Overall, we all had an enjoyable time and appreciated the cleanliness of the home. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kids loved playing in the game room. The laundry was conveniently located on the 1st floor. The only issue to note is the lack of trash pickup. The trash was overflowing upon arrival but we gave it a day or two hoping for a pickup. The trash was not picked up the entire five nights of our stay.

Starry Hill

The house was great for my family of 10 ! Plenty of room for family meals and game nights! The downstairs space was fantastic for the kids to get away and have their own space for movies, puzzles and crafts. The kitchen had everything you could ask for and well organized. House was neat and clean! Deck was great! Bring your own chairs. The grounds around the house needs some landscaping and cleaning. It would have been nice to have and an outdoor space to use. Overall it was a great stay!

Starry Hill

Wonderful house!

Starry Hill was a wonderful house to stay in. My two friends, dog, and I all had a great time. The house was very clean, was exactly as advertised in the pictures and the description and had everything we could need for a week in New Hampshire. The air conditioners worked great, the house was roomy enough for all of us and it was in a very quiet neighborhood. We had to contact the property manager with a few minor questions and they were amazing. They were very helpful and went above and beyond with their responses! I would definitely recommend a stay at Starry Hill!!!

Perfect for a large group

This is a well equipped home. It has a well stocked kitchen with large pots and pans, coffee and espresso makers, plenty of utensils etc. This is great when cooking for a large group of guests. There are multiple hang out areas with many TVs so people can go off and have personal space. The lake nearby was lovely, deep, and clean. The only downside, like many vacation homes, is that it didn’t have much interior insulation, so sound travels in the main floor bedroom. Overall, totally recommend…location is also great for Saco River Kayaking expeditions and jaunts into North Conway.

We stayed over 4th of July weekend and the temps were close to 100degrees. We entered a house that did not have the air conditioning turned on. Only one A/C unit worked. We couldn’t even use one of the bedrooms due to the heat. The weeds outside were over grown.. we could not use the backyard. And the downstairs room was full of spiders and ants. Far from the other reviews. I expected a better experience.

Quick stay but perfect!

We did a last minute weekend to do one last trip down the Saco River. The house was a pleasant retreat. Everything was as expected and easy. Will be looking to come back next year!

Excellent place

We had a blast and the house had everything we needed and more. It was super clean and It had all the technology possible despite it being in the woods. The town of Madison has all the charm in the world. Karla’s pet rendezvous down the road took excellent care of our family dog as well.

Wonderful home!

We enjoyed our stay in this Madison home. Everything that was needed was provided by the host. The home was spotless and nicely decorated. We will definitely plan another vacation and we would happily stay in this home again.

Christmas Break Family Vacation

Starry Hill

The home was very close to many different lakes which is awesome and only 25 from North Conway! Only downside was the caterpillars covering the outside of the home & on the porch, not sure if it is just the time of the year (middle June) or if this is a constant problem for this home. Could use a little TLC in the home but overall great stay!

Great Ski Getaway

The home was perfect for our group of 7. Plenty of space for all the kids to not be in each others way. Location was perfect for skiing at Cranmore mountain and going out in North Conway for shopping and dinners. Def a place we would rent again with a large group of family and friends!
