Stores for any of your needs are right in town! In Sherwood at this marvelous house with 3 queen bed offers a cozy retreat with 3 bathrooms, a bidet, hair dryer, and shower. Enjoy the convenience of AC, a washer/dryer, hair dryer, WiFi, heating, and an iron during your stay. Guests will surely have a brilliant time in Sherwood at our lovely house.
This home is located on a quiet dead end street, backed up to an open green field. You will be within walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping.
The bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. This modern, small town home is perfect to stretch out on your trip or relax in the hot tub.
Pet friendly(with small fee), including a fenced yard, the house is remodeled and sits on a large lot that's backed up to an open green field, only a one minute walk to the antique shops, coffee shops, dessert shops, wine bars, Whiskey room, and restaurants of downtown Sherwood.

We love animals! but please be aware you must enter your pet into the system (below guests count) to ensure and lock in your ability to bring a pet. This will make sure the price is accurate to reflect the one time pet fee. If you bring a pet but don't pay the pet fee by entering the pet into the system the door camera/doorbell on front and back system the door camera/doorbell on front and back door (to not ever be obstructed at any time ) will be our confirmation that you agree to the terms and will be charged the pet fee. The back door ring camera also faces the pool/hot tub area.
Our Home comes equipped with just about everything you need to cook right at home and not need to go out to eat. Plates, cups, pots, pans,toaster, microwave, oven, crock pot, air fryer, Treager outside, blender etc. nearly all your cooking needs can be found in our kitchen!

FIRM CANCELLATION POLICY
-To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. Guests can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
If quests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, guests pay 50% for all nights. If quests cancel less than 7 days before check-in there in no refund.
