The building provides easy access to numerous restaurants and public transportation and is just a short stroll to the beach. Additionally, it’s only 8 minutes from the Marina and a 30-minute drive to Dubai International Airport.

The living room has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

Step outside and unwind on the balcony, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second with two single beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The 2.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note that there is no gym in the building.

For those seeking a thrill, Dubai's famous skydiving experience is only an 8-minute drive away. Nearby, you can explore Bluewaters Island or enjoy a scenic jog along Marina Walk.

The area is dotted with a variety of dining options, from casual fast food to fine dining experiences at nearby hotels. Essential shops are close at hand along JBR Walk, including pharmacies, grocery stores, and souvenir shops. For more extensive shopping, Dubai Marina Mall is a 15-minute drive away and includes a Choithrams supermarket for all your needs.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest tram station, Jumeirah Beach Residence 2, is just a 3-minutes walk.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
