A Note on Expectations:

While this property boasts a prime location—just steps from the beach, dining options, and local amenities—we believe in transparency so you can plan your stay accordingly. The mattress is on the firmer side, which may not suit all guests. Also, there is limited kitchenware, so we recommend confirming kitchen and appliance details before arrival if these features are important to your stay. Lastly, as Dubai is a fast-developing city, construction in nearby units and properties can occur without prior notice. Hence, noise disturbances may happen during your stay.

Guests will no longer have access to the building using access cards. They must use the intercom at the entrance, select the option to speak with the reception, and the reception team will verify them via camera before granting access.

Guests can still access the pool using the access card provided.

Bluewaters Island is within a 15-20 minute walk, while Dubai International Airport is a 35-minute drive, The Palm Jumeirah is 15 minutes away, and Marina Mall is just 8 minutes away.

This vibrant community allows you to explore both the JBR beachfront and Marina Walk, which are perfect for a relaxing stroll or a quick run. You can also rent a bike or scooter to enjoy the picturesque sea and cityscape.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
