ALLERGY DISCLAIMER: If you have any pet allergies please reach out to Vello to confirm the home is pet-free before your stay.
Please refrain from using the backyard/patio past 10PM. With the close proximity to our neighbor's property, loud conversation can be very disruptive to them at the late hour.
Pets: Per Airbnb policy guests are required to list their pet(s) as an occupant of the reservation unless there is a service animal classification. The backyard gate should already be locked, but please ensure this is the case as you are solely responsible for your animal's whereabouts. Guest safety is always our top concern and this extends to your pet(s). All animal waste should be picked up and disposed of in the exterior trash cans at the end of your stay. If this is not completed you are subject to pay a fine up to $100.00. We love to host your furry friends and want to ensure that the space is serviceable for your animal as well as the next. Please feel free to use the doggie door in the kitchen, but be sure to put the barricade back in place when not in use. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any assistance on these topics.
