The house was built in 1978. Renovated January 2025. New flooring, paint to all walls, ceilings, closets & doors and everything in between newly added.
As you drive into The Players of Sawgrass private and gated secure community you will see beautiful tree lined roads with ample sidewalks for walking & biking. You will pass the Players headquarters and may choose to dine in the renown Players Clubhouse. As you continue your drive towards Oak Bridge you will ride over a small bridge to turn left onto Bermuda Court. As you pass tennis & pickleball courts, golf course & dining all open to you to enjoy, “play the yards.com.” For details to play.

Your home away from home is well lite with a variety of soft lighting, dimmer switches, cabinet, and under cabinet lighting. You have USB outlets throughout to conveniently keep your electronics charged all day and night (under kitchen cabinet behind drawer, underneath the arms of the long couch, behind the couch, by your beds.
Your stay is a bike ride, walk or short drive away from beaches, tennis, pickleball, community pool, golf and delicious dining. To get to the Beach; cross A1A to Corona. Park in the open spaces across the street from the Lodge if driving (parking is limited and Mickler's is best by car). Biking, walking, find the public paths next to the Lodge, and spaced along A1A (end-of Corona and Solano).
Pickleball and tennis are at the corner of Bermuda Ct. The pool is in the community. Golf is across the street at "The Yards." “Play the yards.com” Dining is all around, next door to the yards, PGA/TPC clubhouse on the main driveway into Sawgrass. Other dining is located in the Sawgrass Shopping center, on Palm Valley Road, and in the Winn DIxie shopping center.

I started VRBO hosting four years ago after my husband passed. I wanted to share with others the wonderful times we shared at our beach condo in Ponte Vedra. I loved meeting guests, and they loved being there. They are so grateful to stay and appreciate me sharing my home.
I had a sweet sweet friend pass away in a close community. A friend that was very close to him wanted me to buy his home. Timing worked out well and it was meant to be. Welcome to "Bermuda Court." Where everyone knows you.... because I had such a wonderful experience with my first VRBO, I wanted to try it again.
I loved this feeling of making others feel great and being able to provide for them a great get away. So, I thought to offer something with a different feel. I bought a 1100 sq. ft. two-bedroom, two full bathroom house and renovated our friend's home from ceiling to floor and everything inside is new or nearly new (Craig's List).
Special Features: An electronics counter in the kitchen with hidden USB outlets behind the doors and on the back wall behind a pull-out drawer. The idea to charge electronics unseen and out of the way with easy access pull out drawer.
Another special feature is the Cherry wood refaced cabinets and Mona Lisa granite countertop. The inside cabinet lighting adds ambiance as well as the undercounter lighting, both on dimmers and highlights the kitchen cabinets and granite. The cabinets have soft close, pull-out drawer for recycle/regular trash, and pullout drawers for pots & pans.
Furniture in kitchen is a cute triangular shaped table with accent color chair cushions. The stove, microwave, and dishwasher are brand new 1/2025. You may be the first to use it as well as everything else for the first time. The dishwasher is the same I recently replaced in my home and loved it so much I got the same for 133 Bermuda.
The living room furniture are overstuffed, lounge recliners. Rooms To Go, electric/manual with cup holders. The couch has USB plugs.

133 Bermuda is a special place. Not only because it is located in the Players of Sawgrass Headquarters and minutes from the pristine beaches, but you get a special feeling as you drive the wide shaded quiet and peaceful private road to 133 Bermuda Ct. You will see foot traffic on the sidewalks placed a wide distance from the road.
As you approach the gate to give them your name and address you may ask them for a pass for the duration of your stay. As you drive through the Players you will pass the PGA Tour headquarters Club House and it is open to you to visit, shop, and dine. Beware the service charge (tip) is included on all dining and beverage tickets. I have often double tipped, as they do not remind you...:). the view is spectacular, and the grounds are immaculate.
The community swimming pool, golf and playground within 1 mile of 133 Bermuda Ct. You may use. There is dining near "The Yards", golf course, as well as TPC Clubhouse. https://www.playtheyards.com/
The neighborhood is friendly and easy to get around in a golf cart, walking, bike, or car. The serenity of the design and trees in the area make it for a great place to walk.
Once you turn onto Bermuda Court, you will drive to the middle of the circle and find 133. You can park on the driveway and find that the Bermuda Court is a small area nestled into a much bigger community just an acorn throws away. The trees attract squirrels and are very entertaining to watch through your large glass slider doors.
Your yard is private and quiet as it sits on a large corner lot of the circle. The tall fence in the backyard makes you feel like you are the only one there. The yard is natural with big Oak Trees looming overhead against the beautiful blue sky. It is peaceful and makes you feel there is no place like home.
Nearby, as you step out of your serene and comfortable, quiet relaxed setting you can find plenty of activity. The E-town center is minutes off of JTB and is a full day of DT venues.

The bar stools and swivel chairs give variety as well as the large dining/game table. This 50-inch glass table gives ample space to eat, play games and have room to spare. The chairs have a thick cushion and a strong back.
The convenient pass-through countertop gives a different way to chat and dine. The new, 1/2025, 50-inch-high-definition TV tilts and is visible through the kitchen opening, so that even the cook can watch TV and keep up with the scoreboard during sports.
The two full bathrooms both have a tub and shower. The shower heads in both bathrooms are extra wide for a great water spray with a variation for spay. The shower heads connect by magnet. The instructions on how to use the showerheads are in the guest bathroom cabinet. Both bathrooms have a hair dryer, and Q-Tips are in master bathroom (enough to share).
The bedroom closets are spacious. The beds are large (King/Queen) and each bedroom has use of their own bathroom. A laundry basket is in each closet.
The blinds on windows are new. The main bedroom has a "Blackout" rollup. It allows for an interrupted view during day, and privacy and darkness at night.
It is new and I am sure there are things I have not added that you may wish you had to make your stay more comfortable. Please let me know so that I can make sure you are pleased.
