The Blue Pearl is Jax Beaches finest vacation home for a family getaway! With its beautiful swimming pool and tropical landscaping, it offers a perfect setting to relax and cool off during the warm weather. The patio and veranda provide cozy spots to unwind, whether you prefer reading a book or simply enjoying the refreshing breeze.

For culinary enthusiasts, the Zline gas stove offers a great opportunity to cook up delicious meals for the family, whether it's a simple barbecue lunch or a gourmet feast. The Coastal Modern decor of the two-story home adds to the ambiance and creates a pleasant atmosphere.

One of the highlights of staying at The Blue Pearl is its proximity to Jacksonville Beach. Taking a walk or riding a bike to the beach allows you to enjoy the coastal scenery and maybe even dip your toes in the ocean. The pier offers a great opportunity for a leisurely stroll, fishing, or simply taking in the views. Additionally, Jax Beach is known for its vibrant restaurant scene, diverse shopping options, and exciting events like concerts, air shows, and the spectacular 4th of July fireworks.

The Space

1. Living Areas: The house features multiple living areas, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Whether you want to gather together for a movie night in the cozy living room or have a casual conversation in the sitting room, there are plenty of options to suit your needs.
1a. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. The two guest bedrooms have access to the veranda. The primary bedroom has access to a balcony. The primary bathroom is absolutely beautiful with a large shower and a Japanese soaker tub. Each bedroom has a Smart TV. Enjoy a coffee bar upstairs with a beverage refrigerator. Enjoy a queen sleeper sofa downstairs in the sitting room.

2. Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen boasts a Zline Stove, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease. It's not just a functional space but also a place where you can showcase your culinary skills and create memorable dining experiences. It also features a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and plenty of kitchenware and utensils.

3. Outdoor Area: The backyard is a highlight of The Blue Pearl, featuring a beautiful swimming pool and tropical landscaping. ( for those chilly months, we can heat the pool for a daily fee of $50.00) It's the perfect oasis to cool off, barbecue, and enjoy quality time with your loved ones. The patio and veranda provide additional outdoor seating areas where you can soak up the sun, feel the breeze, or enjoy a meal outdoors.

4. In and outdoor Games: Enjoy family game time at The Blue Pearl. We offer numerous games, cards and croquet.

Absolutely perfect beautiful property owner was so nice enjoyed talking to her on the phone but the property was so perfect pool was amazing like a 4min walk to lynchs an the beach an the beds were the most comfy bed i have ever slept in will deff be sraying again

Laura was wonderful to communicate with. She was very informative. The home was perfect for what we needed on our visit to Jax Beach this trip. It was the perfect size for our family and loved the backyard. The home is in a great location to walk to the pier and restaurants and so close by Publix for shopping. It was really nice to have beach towels and pool floats provided. Things that we didnā€™t have to pack. We would love to stay at this house again in the future.

Ms. Laura was amazing!!!! The house had EVERYTHING we needed. The kids stayed in the pool most of the time. The house was clean, the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We will be staying again in the future.

Relaxing and luxurious retreat

We had a marvelous time at BluePearl! The decor was amazing and so well thought out. Lots of space for everyone to stretch out and unwind. Kiddos LOVED the pool! And the beach is only a quick 3 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk. We did both lol. You wonā€™t regret your stay hereā€¦

We had plans all weekend including the game, golf at TPC and dinner with friends. Laura was lovely to work with. The pictures don't do the house justice. It is just beautiful and a great location to everything! I'm hanging on to this one for next year!!

Beautiful beach house with every amenity you can think of!!

This gorgeous home is just a few blocks from the beach and is perfect in every way! Our two families had plenty of space to spread out. Incredibly clean property with a beautiful pool and lots of porches. Our host was delightful and promptly replied to all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable and happy. Quick walk to Jax Beach and loads of great restaurants in the area. We can't wait to come back and stay longer!! We highly recommend this home and are so grateful for our time here.

Great Getaway

We had a great time at the Blue Pearl! It was very convenient to the fishing pier, the beach, and lots of restaurants and ice cream shops! The pool and the pool area were wonderful hangout spots to spend time outside. All of the beds were very comfortable and the whole house was very clean. The WiFi worked well and was easy to connect to as well as all of the tvs and their streaming services. They had ample baby/toddler accommodations and alarms on all of the outside doors when they opened to let you know they had been accessed. We will definitely be back to stay at the Blue Pearl the next time we visit Jacksonville!

Two Words ā€¦ Perfect Serenity!

For the last two years, our family has taken a fall family vacation and this year Blue Pearl provided us an escape from our reality and a bit of heaven. From the initial outreach after our confirmation to the details put into welcoming our family no detail was spared. The photos are just a hint, of how beautiful the home is inside and out. Our family enjoyed breakfast on the patio and a Daddy Daughter Marco Polo game in the pool. The proximity to the beach was an easy walk and winding down upstairs in the swing were a part of the memorable experience our family enjoyed! Weā€™ll be back!

The most incredible stay in Jacksonville Beach

My family and I stayed at Anita's property for nearly two weeks. I had my 2 year old and 4 year old with me and she went so above and beyond to get the place ready - from arranging a crib, purchasing a booster seat, equipping the place with a baby monitor and baby proofing items - I was so blown away by her thoughtfulness. It made the stay absolutely seamless. The security and safety were top notch - there was not only a pool alarm, but all of the doors sound upon opening. The pool itself was warm and beautiful - we lived it in every day and she had tons of great blow up toys. We really loved the outdoor dining areas and ate outside most nights. The beds were SO comfortable and the master suite and bathroom were really luxe with so much space. Anita shared so many great recommendations that we took advantage of while we were there. It was so nice to be walking distance to great coffee shops, the beach, a park for the kids, etc. The place was equipped with every amenity & more - from the wifi, the tvs, the kitchen set up - it was all top quality and so comfortable. We will 100% stay here again next time we're in Jacksonville! Ali & family
