This brand new penthouse is in a quiet peaceful area very close to all the Beaches, Promenade, Cafes, Bars, Restaurants, Shops, Bus Terminus and all other amenities. Fully Air Conditioned/Heating and comes with a Free Wifi and Cable TV. This stylish penthouse is Fully Equipped including dining furniture and Sun Loungers in the large front terrace with Distant Sea Views. Free Parking Spaces are available on the same road of the apartment. This apartment has got a unique holiday feeling!!

Come and unwind in the large bright open plan kitchen/ dining/ living area (air conditioned) after a hectic day. Chill out with a nice refreshing cocktail of your choice while watching a sunset in the spacious front terrace which is equipped with sun-loungers and outdoor dining furniture. Relax in the spacious master bedroom which comes with a baby cot (air-conditioned) or if you are more then 2 guests there is another bedroom with 2 single beds (air conditioned). For those who is looking for an afternoon breeze in the hot summer months there is another cool terrace at the back of both bedrooms or you can use it for the laundry. The kitchen comes fully equipped for self catering stays and there is a family bathroom with a bath and shower.  We are giving free WiFi Internet to stay in touch and cable TV to all our guests.

This bright and airy penthouse is located on the 7th floor and is served with a lift up to the 6th Floor so there is 1 level of stairs to reach it. It is perfectly located just a stone throw away from the bus terminus giving cheap and easy access to the island. At an easy walking distance there is a water park for the kids to have fun for free, high standard lidos for those who wanna spend a day next to a pool with a glass of wine or for those who are more active and adventures there is a vast varieties of water sports.This penthouse is one of the best rental places in Bugibba not only for its location but for the apartment its self which has a unique holiday feeling.

Excellent stay!

Myself and my sister stayed in this great apartment for 8 days/9 nights in November, and we had a lovely, relaxing stay here. The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated/furnished and everything you need is supplied. The host Shanel and her husband Ray are very nice and helpful, and can't do enough for you to make your stay the best, (they even brought us warmer bedding when it turned colder while we were there). We arranged a transfer to and from the airport with them and this and check-in/check-out all went smoothly. The terrace is great, with a view of the sea, table and chairs and sun loungers, and we spent a lot of time there when the weather was nice. The area is so quiet, even though it is only a couple of minutes walk to the shop, bars/restaurants, and the seafront. Would definitely recommend, and stay again! Many thanks Shanel and Ray:)

Outstanding Modern Penthouse

My wife and I have just returned from 2 weeks in this lovely Penthouse Apartment. The apartment is furnished to a good standard with Air con in the two bedrooms and lounge with TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with a large fridge/freezer and washing machine. The good size balcony has sun from late morning to sunset and has 2 sunbeds, table & chairs and a gas BBQ to enjoy on a lazy afternoon. The owners Shanel & Ray the owners live a locally and were able to recommend supermarkets and restaurants and are on hand for any problems. Chris & Sue

Spacious and private

We had a nice one week stay at the apartment, which is spacious and well equipped. All of the rooms are of a good size and we had more than enough room not to be on top of one another (four adults). The terrace is a huge benefit, and a great way to enjoy the Malta sunshine. The property provided everything we needed, from a well stocked kitchen to an iron and board. We arrived late and the Welcome Pack provisions were certainly appreciated, allowing us to have a hot drink and a snack without any fuss after several hours of travel. Kylie provided us with safe transit between the airport and property and this was a very nice touch. Not having to worry about arranging a taxi, or estimating bus times was a big bonus. The property really is just a few minutes walk away from everything one might need; bus stops, supermarket, convenience stores and of course the coastline, bars and restaurants. Wifi was reliable and supported our multiple devices adequately. As a party of four adults we thought the terrace could use four sun loungers, and likewise an extra sofa in the lounge would have been more comfortable for our stay. We had an excellent stay.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir hatten aufgrund hervorragenden Wetters eine wunderschöne Woche in Malta. Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral gelegen, ca.10 Minuten zum Busterminal. Malta kann sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erkundet werden. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in nächster Nähe. Der Flughafentransfer durch Kylie war super pünktlich und klappte bestens. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Von der Terasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick über die Umgebung. Einzig ein Sonnenschirm oder eine Markise wäre von Vorteil, da die Sonne eigentlich den ganzen Tag auf die Terasse scheint. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt

schönes und ruhiges Apartment

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem schönen und modern eingerichteten Apartment. Besonders der grosse Balkon ist klasse. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, alles neu und sauber. Gute Lage für Ausflüge zum allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Alles, incl. Flughafentransfer hat prima geklappt, Malta ist schön!

I grew up in Bugibba and its one of the best places you can stay when you visit Malta, as it is not far to go anywhere in the island. It ticks a lot of boxes to the tourists and locals. Once you visit you will want to come back again and again.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The penthouse comes fully equipped, all rooms have got air-condition / heating. We are also giving Free wifi and cable tv to all our guests. In summer we provide beach towels for Free. The penthouse is very airy, spacious and sunny all day long. You can watch a sunset from the front terrace with distant sea view. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs. The Location is brilliant as its only a stone throw away from all the amenities. On the same road of the penthouse there is plenty of free parking spaces available for those who wants to rent a car.
