Newly remodeled, Estero Cove 454, is an air conditioned, fifth floor, two-bedroom, two-bath vacation condo that's been comfortably furnished for two lucky guests. The decor is enhanced with tile flooring, plantation shutters and ceiling fans throughout. The open floor plan for the living area opens up to the screened in lanai so the entire space has a view of the island's preserve.

The Living Room features amazingly comfortable seating and a large screen TV for family viewing. The sliding glass doors allows this nicely decorated vacation condo to open to a screened in lanai for relaxing in the fresh sea air. The Dining Area enjoys a glass topped table with seating that accommodates 4 and a Breakfast Bar with 2 bar stools. There's a lovely, fully equipped Kitchen with all new cabinets, granite countertops, and new appliances, including that oh-so-important dishwasher.

The Master Bedroom En Suite has a Queen-sized Bed, a Walk In Closet, a flat screen TV and a private lanai access. The newly remodeled Master Bath features a large Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds, its own TV, and its own Guest Bath with a Tub/Shower combo right next door.

There's free cable TV service, and an in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

At Estero Cove, there is ample on-site parking and a building elevator. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
