Fort Myers Beach - Peaceful, quiet and a short 5 minute walk to the beach!

Peaceful and relaxing! Located at southern end of Island (unit 215). Drive in and park in covered car port with storage shed that holds chairs, fishing poles, beach cart and umbrellas all to provide you with added enjoyment during your stay! 2 bikes are available as well. A 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach you can imagine!

Clean and cozy furnished, non smoking condo, flat screen HDTV's, DVD in living room with Wi-Fi. Master bedroom has queen size bed with ensuite, lounge chair, smart HDTV, sliding door to lanai and beautiful view of lagoon! Guest bedroom has full size bed, small flat screen HDTV, with door to guest bathroom. Spacious living room has large couch, love seat, overstuffed chair and a flat screen smart HDTV and DVD round out this room. Table for 4 for dinner, cards or just hanging out. Sit on lanai and enjoy the view!
Fishing docks, grills and a large, heated pool are available. Bathroom is available at pool. The sauna is still under repair from Hurricane Ian.

Take a ride on the Trolley to the north end and enjoy shops, restaurants and bars! Take your camera to the beach to record the most beautiful sunsets! Our Island may look different after Hurricane Ian, but we are Fort Myers Beach Strong and it's coming back! Many restaurants have reopened on the North end of the island along with food trucks. Night life is back! If you want the quiet solitude of the south end, walk along the beautiful sand beach and look for dolphins, shells, pelicans and more! Our sunsets are beautiful!

A TWO WEEK MINIMUM STAY IS REQUIRED due to Bay Village Condo association rules. There is NO SMOKING and NO PET policy in the condo per association rules. If you smoke, you must go off property.

PLEASE NOTE: THE CONDO IS LOCATED ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND STAIRS ARE REQUIRED. The building elevator is now operating! Bay Village is still under construction and a signed waiver is required before renting. This is per Condo Board rules to let them know you are aware construction may be going on. This sounds much worse than it is. December 2025 outside work on lanais started and will last months. Screens and railings will be replaced and grinding of stucco and replacement of it has started. Checking for water damage. There will be painting of the building at some point. There will be work done on the grounds. We are really lucky compared to other condos and houses. We still feel like it is our paradise when we stay here and hope you all do to. The condo has been in our family since it was built in 1980. Come and stay and build memories!

Publix grocery store is just a few blocks north and they have most everything you will need! Liquor store is open in Santini Plaza a few short blocks south. Book store, clothing store are open and more to come! Stores are available off the North and South end of the island.
