The home has wonderful old charm and is decorated 1920's style to match the period it was built. It has a large Outdoor Deck, Fire Pit, and Spacious Lawn for all your outdoor activities. The ornate interior features 3 private bedrooms that have 1 king bed, and 2 full beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. All the sleeping areas have ceiling fans and window AC units. There is an additional space with a cozy queen size sofa bed for extra comfort as a 4th sleeping area. There are 2 full bathrooms equipped with towels and hair dryers, guests can freshen up with ease. One of the two living rooms has the queen size sofa bed. The main living area is cooled with two mini split AC units. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pans to cook your holiday dinner, and there is even a fancy dinning set in the china cabinet for a service of 12. The large refrigerator does have an ice maker. This home has air conditioning, but it is a lake house built for airflow to cool the home. The home gets a nice breeze from the lake during the summer to keep things cool. There is plenty of parking for all the guests as well as room for boat and trailer parking.
