- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

The rental rate includes absolutely all charges, also electricity and weekly housekeeping. Other optional services (chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be arranged upon request. Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: discounts are possible for long-term rentals and last-minute bookings.
