Rustic 2 Bedroom Condo minutes away from the Arizona Lifestyle.

Ground Floor rustic 2 bedroom, 2 bath, plus sofa bed in great room in Surprise, Arizona. This 1300 sq ft. unit is located in a gated community with a seasonally heated pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and clubhouse featuring a chef's kitchen and pool table. Our Park Place condo features an outdoor gas and charcoal barbecue and a bocce ball court.

The condo features 10ft. ceilings, air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, tile flooring throughout great room and kitchen. There are ceiling fans in every room and the unit is on the ground floor. King size bed in the master bedroom , and queen in the guest room. The unit has 2 TV's with a big screen Sony HD TV LCD in great room. Free wifi in the unit.

Location, location location. The condo is located directly behind a strip mall which houses several eateries, grocery stores, department stores, pubs, and Starbucks! Surprise has several golf courses within minutes and PGA tour golf 45 minutes away. Surprise is home for MLB spring training camp for the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals.

No Smoking, no pets.

Awesome stay

Rented the condo for the month of March. The arrival instructions provided were clear, the condo was clean and as advertised. The pool is a short distance from the unit and the people we met were all pleasant and friendly. Many amenities a short walk away. Sue and I had a great time and will be looking to return to the area. Kathy was great to deal with.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I just returned from a 2 month stay and thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations. The condo was exactly as pictured and was nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils, and the washer and dryer were nice to have. The location was great for what we wanted to do, i.e. play golf and enjoy the warm weather. The complex is so quiet and very well-lit at night. Being able to walk to the grocery, Walgreen's, Trader Joe's, Texas Roadhouse was great. It was a very short and easy drive to get to Walmart (always busy) and Bell Road, which has an assortment of restaurants. I took advantage of the pool and it was nicely heated! We were very sad when we had to leave!

Cannot Wait to Come Back!

This condo was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed our stay in this little community so much that we ended up inquiring about purchasing in the future (although no unit we toured was as nice as the one we stayed in!). The location was perfect for attending Spring Training games and the close vicinity of Starbucks and restaurants was a bonus! We especially enjoyed Little Sicily restaurant. In our week stay my family enjoyed the friendliness and community that is in this quiet little Oasis. We cannot wait to come back and are hopefully making plans to do so next March. I just hope we can get this unit again! I cannot say enough about the ease of renting, the kindness of the owners, and the beautiful retreat they have created.

Great Getaway

This Surprise property is absolutely wonderful. The pictures don't really do the property justice. The word 'rustic' should be replaced with 'elegant.' The condo is beautifully decorated, combining comfortable contemporary furnishings with nice southwest pieces. The kitchen's black granite counters with the black and stainless appliances complement the condo really nicely. Having a Washer/Dryer in the condo was a nice extra, as we were there for a week. Beyond the condo itself, the location is convenient to loads of shopping and restaurant choices and close to major thoroughfares that make traveling the vast expanse of Phoenix quite easy. We used the 303 for an easy and low-traffic commute to Goodyear . The grounds are very well kept, the amenities offered in this community were great as well. I enjoyed chatting with the 'regulars' in the well-outfitted gym. We found a few mom-and-pop restaurants in the area, which was a pleasant change from previous stays in Goodyear and Phoenix which are inundated with almost entirely chain restaurants. I will definitely stay here again next year if it is available for the dates we need.

Relaxing vacation for two

Our vacation in this condo was very nice. The condo is spacious and comfortable with a nicely equipped kitchen. The complex is well cared for and quiet. The location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and retail shops. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. On top of all this, the weather was great!

Fabulous family get away!

Fabulous vacation rental in Surprise. Just minutes away from Baseball Spring Training, NBA games and NHL games!! A great sports trip for the family! Close to awesome shopping outlets and restaurants to suit any palate. Lovely community in the Park Place community as well. Beautiful Hiking trails at White Tank mountains, 10 min. away. Friendly people, quiet and safe gated community. Ahh... and the weather was perfect for our 10 days there. Couldn't have asked for more! Thank you!
