The space
For those visiting Howard Univeristy or MedStar Washington Hospital Center both are on your doorstep making it the perfect location.

With rare off-street parking, smart home features, and a focus on eco-friendly living, this home provides a seamless and enjoyable experience for your stay.

Primary Bedroom: A spacious retreat with a queen-size bed, a firm mattress, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious jetted bathtub.

Second Bedroom: Furnished with a queen-size bed and a medium-firm mattress, this room also includes a desk and monitor, perfect for remote work. Bright and airy, it overlooks lush greenery.

Third Bedroom: Ideal for children or additional guests, this room features a bunk bed that sleeps up to three (two standard twin beds and one smaller twin).

The home includes a dedicated dining area for six, a cozy living room with a sectional couch and smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and eco-friendly coffee supplies. Additional amenities include an in-house washer and dryer, a small front patio, and three off-street parking spaces monitored by 24/7 security cameras.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire main house during their stay.

There is a secondary english basement suite that is rented out separately. While no spaces are shared you may see the other guests in the grounds of the house. There are also a few small storage areas that are locked off with cleaning supplies and some of our personal belongings.

The parking area at the back of the home is shared with the basement suite guests.
