In order to provide our guests a cleaner place to stay we are deep cleaning and disinfecting with a Hospital Grade Disinfectant all frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc) after every check out.
We have put away unnecessary Decorative Bedding and Throw Pillows in order to better serve you.
All the furniture is disinfected and wiped down.

This corner charmer that sits on four lots, offers lots of green space and privacy. The neighborhood is very nice and it's just a short walk to the "Beach". A block away there is a great neighborhood Park with Water Pads that kids enjoy in the summer. Enjoy wonderful sounds of nature while drinking your morning coffee in the charming screened-in wrap around porch. Gulfport Breeze was rebuilt in 2006 after Hurricane Katrina in August 2005. This House was one of the few structures left standing in this area. Fortunately a huge Oak Tree was uprooted and fell across the front yard and saved this property from being wiped out. This home has a very peaceful, and welcoming effect; you feel at home the minute you walk in. The open floor plan offers a cozy living room, with two New, Leather, Power Reclining Couches and a flat screenTV. The dining area provides seating for six and a pub table with seating for two. There is additional seating for six in the screened in porch right off the dining room and a round outdoor table with seating for four. A large fully equiped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances makes cooking enjoyable. The laundry room is equipped with Washer&Washer, Ironing Board and Iron. The three bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable: Master bedroom is very private, very spacious with an extremely comfortable King Size Bed, and nicely furnished with a Dresser/Mirror, Chest of Drawer, Night Stands, Lamps, a Bench at foot of the bed, and a Flat Screen TV. Walk in Closet and a very spacious On-Suite Bathroom, single Vanity & Mirror, Hair/Dryer, Toilet, Bench, beautiful new Shower/Great Shower Head and New water-proof Flooring. Second Bedroom Is very spacious with an extremely comfortable King Size Bed and nicely furnished with a Dresser/Mirror, Night Stands, Lamps, a Bench at foot of the bed, a Flat Screen TV and a nice size closet.
Third bedroom Is very spacious with a Queen Size Bed and XL Bunk beds. Nicely furnished Dresser/Mirror, Night Stands, Lamps, Bench, and a nice size closet. Main Bathroom is very spacious, single Vanity/Mirror, Hair/Dryer, Toilet, has a Shower/Tub combination, and a nice Shower/Head. Enjoy grilling or just relaxing with your family and friends in a great (19ft x 16ft) Deck that sits under a large Oak Tree that provides shade from 9:30 AM til. The deck is equipped with a Patio Table that seats six, additional seating, a prep table and a Propane Gas Grill. Amenities offered: washer and dryer, Flat screen HD TV's, Cable TV, and free Internet, hair dryer in each bathroom. We also have Beach Chairs and for you and your family to enjoy your visit to the Beach. I personally make sure that my guest have everything they need to feel at home. The linens and towel are of great quality and are regularly replaced; in order to make sure that you are comfortable. In fact I feel that there is more comfort in "Gulfport Breeze" than in most Hotels. I have a "GreatTeam" that work with me to make sure that everything is in great condition. Sleeping arrangement: Two king beds, 0ne Queen bed, and one set of Bunk beds.
