The condo location was great in proximity to the beach (just across the road), restaurants and shopping. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. We had amazing sunset views from the condo.

Our stay was great here. The location is great. We could walk to many stores and restaurants. The pool was very well maintained. The view of the sunsets were outstanding from our window or patio. The only negative is the location of the condo is a bit noisy with traffic but we got used to it. Thanks for having us!

Great location!

walking distance to bridge street and many other restaurants, shops, pizza, ice cream. Just a direct flat walk to beach across the street. We would stay again! Great views too!

Great Location!!!

This property was very well-equipped with all of the essentials and the perfect location for fun-seeking vacationers. The walked to the beach was super easy and the views from the balcony and living room are stunning. The pool was awesome on windy days and the walking distance to the best restaurants was perfect.

Great Beach Getaway

Clean, good location and within walking distance of restaurants, bars and activities. It is located directly on the main road so can be loud at times due to traffic, however you can't beat being within steps of the beach and having a view of the sunset.

Great place to stay!

Beautiful condo in a great area. Had everything we needed. Trolley stop across the street and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Had the pool to ourselves most of the week. Would definitely come back!

All day sunshine

The condo was very nice, and it was in a nice area with restaurants and shops to walk to. The trolley was great as well to get up and down the island.

Wonderful stay!

The condo is wonderful. Very clean and right across from the beach. There is some traffic noise that we weren't expecting but still a great place. We already plan to be back! Thank you!

Great Beach Condo!

This condo was perfect for us! It was clean and roomy. The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed from cooking to enjoying the beach. Although it is across the street from the beach, access to the beach was very easy. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Bradenton!

In one word, incredible!!!As a person who has never rented before and only stayed in resorts, I was so apprehensive to go on vacation and not stay at a resort. But after much persuasion I did my research and took a leap of faith...... And WOW!!! That turned out to be one of my best decisions.The condo was very clean, had everything we needed and was awesome.The most amazing thing for me was the location. You couldn't have ask for a better location. The beach is literally only feet away.I will definitely be contacting Terry in the future to stay here again. Hopefully sooner than later.Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!!!
