Location was perfect. Would stay again simply for the location. The condo was fine, the coach seemed a little dirty as well as layers of dust on the ceiling fans. One complaint is that I called the day after we arrived and said the canopy was broken (i messaged on VRBO prior to the booking to see if this was included, and they said it was), the person I talked to on the phone said someone would return my call, we left 6 days later and Iā€™m still waiting on that phone call.

The locker on the bottom made for easy clean up from a sandy beach day. The interior is a little dated but itā€™s fine. We will for sure be back!

Perfect location. Amazing view. Lots of beach accessories available to use. Property really needs updating. Curtain rails kept falling down. Mould in the bathrooms. Not very clean. Bedding and pillows are very stained. Pool area needs maintenance. Weeds growing in patio. Definitely gone downhill. Have been staying at these condos for over 20 years and sadly needs updating.

It was great! There was only two things that were a little inconvenience, the first house keeping didnā€™t get done until 4:30pm even though check in was at 4:00pm. The other was the master bedroom shower has very little water pressure.

Great beach condo

Perfect location on the beach. The view from the screened in balcony is unbeatable. We saw dolphins several days. The heated pool was great to have for an alternative for the kids. The unit had lots of games for when we needed a break from the sun which was also great.

Fantastic Location and even a better view

Property, location, view, and pool were fantastic. Several maintenance issues in the unit and check in issue have been reported to the property manager to help make the next guest's stay better, We love the property, but this unit needs some routine maintenance and some TLC. Had a great stay. Thank you.

Clean spacious and well appointed with all needs considered. SHould add a mention in any write about the use of the parking garage closet for storing bikes, boards, chairs and beach toys. Very convenient and helpful to have available.

Beautiful view

The view from the condo was beautiful. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable but overall it was very nice place to stay. There is no elevator and the steps to the second floor are hard. We will stay there again. The view is worth it.

Our favorite beach

Overall great stay and we would return again. I agree with past reviews that some things are outdated but we spent most of the time out at the beach so it didnā€™t matter much. Patio furniture was very uncomfortable, as well as the bed. We did appreciate all the extra towels with children this helped! Better management than Vacasa.

Beautiful Beach

Beach was phenomenal. It was convenient to have access to beach chairs, sand toys etc. Each morning we would set up our spot on beach and spend all day there. The condo was clean and had the necessities. I do think some new blankets and bedding would be helpful. Overall - we had a great time and weā€™re happy with our stay. We also did have an issue with the dryer and RVA was prompt and there within a couple hours to fix.

Good and Bad

Location is great but there were a few ā€œdisappointmentsā€: we had no lounge chairs in the locker to use on the beach. We had to go buy some at Walmart. We were only given 2 dishwasher tablets so had to wash dishes by hand after day 4. All the sleeping pillows had stains in them. Uncomfortable furniture in the living room and terrace. The condo was clean and smelled nice. We had great weather.

Spacious place

The heat wasnā€™t easy to to figure out. The main bedroom bathroom did not have a good shower head. The place was spacious and very clean good view of the beach. Would have liked to have been able to move tge screens on the balcony. Overall a very nice place to stay.
