Fantastic Stay

Property location was superb. Down a very quiet street from Fisherman’s Village. Host was very responsive and tops in our many Vrbo stays. We had a 4 month old that the pool area had plenty of shade for and the 6 adults staying all have plenty of room and all agreed this property booking was a great choice.

Family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home. Beds were soooo comfy, bathrooms are amazing, location was perfect!The lanai is where we spent the most time, with meals, family games, and relaxing with some tunes.Loved that the bedrooms were all spaced out so we weren't on top of each other. We went to the beach and used their cooler on wheels and beach chairs. Made it so convenient! Had a minor air conditioning issue the first day (gotta love the Florida humidity) and the host responded and had it resolved within the hour, Would most definitely stay here again!

Family Fun!

We really enjoyed Troy’s new rental home - as usual. We’ve stayed at several of his homes and they are always high quality. The table game was fun plus we used the bikes and kayaks. The location was fabulous as we were able to walk to Fisherman’s Village. The beds were very comfy and loved the huge walk in shower. The salt water pool was amazing and also included a heated bubble spa. Definitely coming back soon!

Amazing Home!

We loved everything about the home! The pool and hot tub were lovely and we really enjoyed the warm water. The family enjoyed the kayaks as well as fishing from the large dock. The home was very clean and spacious. Fisherman’s Village was a short bike ride. Communication with Troy was very easy. Definitely recommend and we will be back again!!

Punta Gorda - Superb Location!

This home, property, and amenities are all inclusive and outstanding! The location is just blocks from Fisherman’s Village and easily walkable to the downtown historic district, restaurants and bars. This was a huge plus and one of our favorite benefits!The pool and hot tub are beautiful – and easy to operate. A significant benefit included no additional cost for heating.The view of the canal is beautiful, and we enjoyed the Adirondack chairs down near the canal – complete with a firepit. We had our adult family with us and fun times were had by all playing billiards and ping pong!Troy was an excellent host to work with – he was available at all times and extremely helpful! I would highly recommend any properties that Troy has.

This home was amazing! The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, great location and everything you could need or want to have a relaxing, enjoyable vacation. While we spent a majority of our time outside on the lanai, in the pool or on the dock fishing, we did take the opportunity to play a few rounds of air hockey, Ms Pac-Man and Galaga inside. We have stayed at other homes that Troy owns and like those homes, this one was enjoyable as well! From prior to check in to departure, Troy answered any and all questions we had promptly and courteously. Troy also gave us some ideas outside the home like restaurant and beach that he recommended. They did not disappoint. The book at the home that Troy provides is very useful for all things within the home and where to go and check out. We made a ton of amazing memories with our family all while feeling like we were at our own home the entire time. We can’t thank Troy enough for the opportunity and look forward to our next visit to PG and renting from Troy yet again. Thank you!

Originally from South Florida. We love the Punta Gorda area with easy flight access from anywhere in the Midwest or East Coast. Love the outdoors and many of the family friendly activities. Punta Gorda has a small town feel that provides amazing weather year round.

Area is surrounded by water from small salt water canals to large Harbor and Gulf. Great for boating, sailing, fishing and exploring the many islands to include Boca Grande, Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa, Sanibel, and many others. Beaches include Boca Grande, Englewood, Manasota Key and Venice Beach of which all have fantastic shells to include prehistoric shark teeth.
Punta Gorda airport is 10 minutes away with over 40 destinations on Allegiant. Ft. Myers airport 35 minutes and Tampa 1.5 hours.
