The Space:

The penthouse’s calming effect is enhanced by two-story high picture-windows bathing the whole loft in natural light. Combined with its vaulted ceilings, this is the ideal place to pursue privacy and tranquility while also enjoying the excitement of the outdoors and the best of Park City dining and entertainment.



If staying in is more your thing, cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or kick back and breath in the soothing mountain air on any one of the two covered balconies or two decks providing you with the privacy of lush trees and stunning views.



The master bedroom with its cozy king bed, fireplace, dedicated workspace, and large en-suite bathroom also boasts its own private deck where alone time with a book or a cup of coffee comes easy like the breeze through the trees.



It is conveniently located close to the living area, which hosts a stunning living room, a guest bathroom, modern kitchen area ideal for those with a passion for cooking, and a wet bar with wine fridge. A large dining table is perfect for home-cooked meals, boardgames or puzzles while a queen sleeper provides enough sleeping space for the whole family and/or friends.



Following the natural light up the stairs to the top level you will discover one of the penthouse’s best features; a cool convertible corner that turns from a lounge area with its own TV into a queen sleeper, where with the touch of a button you can envelope yourself in luscious noise-reducing curtains that provide ultimate privacy and lighting control.



The top floor also features two luxury suites, each with fireplace, dedicated workspace, kitchenette, en-suite with tubs and walk-in showers, and each with a private balcony. On one side is our Serenity King suite with its comfortable king bed and on the other you will find the Calming Queens suite, with two cozy queen beds.
