About this space:
Relax and unwind in a private upstate retreat with stunning meadow views set amongst 13 acres in historic Dutchess County. Just a 2 hour drive or train ride from NYC will bring you to a refuge of rejuvenation in the country and serve as your centrally located hub to explore the nearby towns, enjoy the best shopping and culinary destinations and embrace the natural beauty of the Hudson Valley. Come find your peace while fully enjoying all that the region has to offer.
The space:
Make yourself comfortable in our newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom modern ranch home with a swimming pool and 13 private acres. With an open floor plan and high ceilings, we invite you to gather with your friends and family and bask in the abundance of light in every direction. There are multiple living spaces for everyone to gather - have a morning coffee in the sunroom, dine around the kitchen island or reclaimed barn wood table, watch a movie or play games in our downstairs media room, or get cozy and enjoy a cocktail in front of the fireplace. Embrace the chilly nights outdoors with our fire pit in the backyard. The outdoor deck is perfect for gourmet grilling and dining al fresco and our fenced in yard is perfect for your furry friends to roam and run around.
The downstairs media room can serve as a 4th bedroom utilizing the large modular sofa.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the full home with the exception of a couple closets and the garage.
Other things to note:
During the winter months, the driveway will be plowed to allow for easy access on our paved driveway.
Pool is seasonal (Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend). Additional heating for $50 per day. Must request 48 hrs prior to your stay. Pool is currently CLOSED for the season.
Pet friendly, however we do ask for an additional $65 fee per pet per stay with a maximum of 2 pets
No parties, gatherings, or events of any kind. Only guests staying at the property are permitted on the premises. Violators will be subject to immediate cancellation of the reservation.
