We sincerely appreciate all our guests and are very sorry for the unacceptable condition you found our home in. We take great pride in our property and were shocked to learn about the issues. We paid our previous cleaners, and they lied to us, sending fake pictures that led us to believe the property was ready for your stay. After learning about the situation, we immediately reached out to them. They apologized and went back the next day to clean the property, but we have since hired a new, professional cleaning service to ensure this never happens again. We can assure you that we have cleaning supplies in the garage for our cleaners to use. We have a neighbor who confirmed the poor state of the house after the first cleaning attempt, and we have shared our conversations with you to show that the cleaners lied!and our ongoing efforts to resolve this issue. We understand your frustration and truly regret the inconvenience this caused. We would never want to host anyone without providing the best possible service, and we thank you for bringing this to our attention so we could address it."
