The main floor has another bedroom with a double bed. There is also another full bathroom on the main level. The first floor has an open concept living area with plenty of room for entertaining and plenty of sitting for 8 people.

Guests have full access to Pedregal`s fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, racquet ball court, basketball court, kids play area and Pedregal Beach at no extra charge.
