We deeply regret to learn that our guest was dissatisfied with their experience at Villa Tamika. We do our best to inform guests about the severity of the construction during the booking process and include notices in our documentation. The construction project next to Villa Tamika is nearing completion, resulting in minimal noise intrusion. However, there may be workers present for the final touches on the neighboring property. We are delighted to hear that Mariana was able to provide a positive aspect to our guest's stay at Villa Tamika. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome them back to Cabo in the future.

We are sorry to hear that our company team building event interfered with their plans and will give more advanced notice to our guests in the future. This is the first we've heard of the hornet's nest and bugs and will be sure to address the issue as well. The higher humidity and temps of the season can unfortunately bring more insects. We are happy that despite the slight annoyances, they enjoyed themselves. We're confident their next stay with us will be even better!
