Condo was very clean, updated, and well maintained. Great location with a Walmart in sight and right on the beach. We were on the 4th floor with the balcony overlooking the beach.There is a damage waiver added in the cost that seems should be refunded if there wasn't any damage and parking fees for 2 vehicles (which we only had one). I'm not happy with paying parking fees anyway when you are staying on the property. The other fees added are understandable.It is a great place to stay and has all you would ever need.

The best! Iāve stayed in other condos at the Breakers and this is my favorite. Everything was great. Nice clean furniture, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. Hoping to stay here again next year!

Wonderful stay! The place was very clean and nice! Top notch! The location was perfect as well!! Walmart and stores basically across the street. I like that the facility was smaller so there wasnāt a wait for the elevator. Parking was easy and convenient too!

Great place!!
The place was very clean and ready for us, I was impressed. The unit is newly remodeled and was just as it is in the pictures. Very centrally located, could not have asked for a nicer stay!

Wonderful Getaway
Beautiful and well maintained condo. Very clean and comfortable. The view of the beach is amazing. We will definitely be back again. The Orange Beach, AL area is a lot of fun.

Our condo was everything we could have wanted for our family of 4! It was clean and well stocked! The condominium has very easy and close access to the beach. There are many wonderful amenities close by such as multiple grocery stores and restaurants. We plan to stay in the same condo again next summer! Highly recommend!

Just Right
Unit was in small complex which was a HUGE plus. Right on beach excellent views. Not one thing about the whole place was negative Honestly, weāre not complainers about accommodations. But some people just look for the tiniest things to complain about. I DARE someone to find something wrong with this rental. Modern and well decorated Will definitely be going back
