The space
With five spacious bedrooms, the home comfortably accommodates large groups. Four bedrooms feature plush king beds, while the fifth is a bunkroom with two sets of twin bunk beds (4 beds), perfect for kids or extra guests. The primary suite includes a luxurious en suite bathroom, while two of the king bedrooms share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The bunkroom has its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. Additionally we provide 4 twin, roll-away beds that can be set up however suits your needs.

The game room is a haven for fun and entertainment, featuring a massive 75” smart TV, foosball, air hockey, and an arcade table. Whether you’re in the mood for an exciting match, a nostalgic arcade challenge, or a cozy movie night, this space is perfect for bringing everyone together.

After a day of adventure, unwind in the outdoor hot tub, where you can relax beneath a canopy of stars while taking in the breathtaking mountain and valley views. The home boasts multiple outdoor spaces designed for gathering and relaxation—sip your morning coffee on the deck, enjoy al fresco dining with loved ones, or take in the vibrant hues of a mountain sunset. We cool our home using an Evaporative Cooler (Swamp Cooler), which is an energy-efficient and eco-friendly system. In our dry mountain climate, this system delivers a constant flow of fresh, naturally cooled, and subtly humidified air—a welcome, comfortable relief from the dry heat!
A Note on Mountain Wildlife:

Our property is nestled in a beautiful natural environment. While we take meticulous steps to clean and maintain the house and employ professional pest control, it is a reality of mountain living that insects and small field rodents can occasionally find their way inside, particularly during seasonal changes. Booking acknowledges this possibility, and no refunds will be provided for such sightings. Thank you for embracing the charm of the mountains!
