Welcome to our cozy and spacious getaway in beautiful Mountain Dale, NY! Our home is situated on a large, private lot with ample space for kids to play, adults to relax, and everyone to enjoy the outdoors. The neighborhood is wonderfully serene and friendly, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

As you enter, you’ll walk across a large, welcoming deck and step into a small foyer that opens up into the dining room, where everyone can gather for meals and conversation. The main level also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and the third bedroom. Head up just a few steps to the second floor, where you’ll find the master and second bedrooms, each designed for comfort with two twin beds in every room. The lower level opens up to a spacious living room with a cozy sectional couch with a queen-sized pull-out bed, ideal for relaxing evenings or additional sleeping space. Big glass sliding doors lead you directly from the living room to the backyard, where you’ll find a firepit on the lawn, perfect for roasting marshmallows or gathering under the stars.

Outdoors, explore the nearby historic Rails to Trails path, just down the block. This picturesque trail is ideal for a morning jog, a scenic bike ride, or a leisurely stroll through nature.
