Completely renovated, 70’s ranch-style retreat with a spectacular northwestern view from the Shawangunk mountain ridge. There’s a wooden deck facing the overlook or a stone terrace gazing upon a vast lawn. The main bedroom has a King-sized bed, another bedroom has a matching Queen, while a single office/bedroom has an XL Twin and there’s another XL Twin downstairs where the TV is located.
The main bedroom has a King sized bed with a Saatva mattress, windows all around each with blinds for privacy, and a skylight. This room has its own set of french doors opening onto the stone patio. There are bedside tables on either side and lamps, hooks on the walls with hangers and luggage racks for two.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with a Saatva mattress, a bank of windows on the wall facing the valley below, and bedside tables and lamps on each side, hangers on the walls and suitcase racks for two.
The single bedroom has an extra long twin Saatva mattress, a desk and outlet with an ethernet connection and adapters for its use. There are drawers in the platform holding the bed and a seat for relaxing.
There is a bathroom with full shower stall, and hand held washer, alcove with towels and hooks, full sized mirror cabinet with plenty of space and tables alongside the sink for toiletries.
There is a full kitchen with utensils for whatever type of cooking you wish, microwave, dishwasher, blender, Cuisinart, and a coffee maker.
The living room looks out over the vista with a plush sofa and two matching seats, Annie Selke rugs, lamps, bluetooth music, overhead wire lights and a ceiling fan.
The basement has a 56" TV hooked up through ROKU, a single bed with drawers and extra long Saatva mattress which serves as one of two sofas for use with the TV. There are two tables with seats for games or work and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The front of the house has a wooden overlook, café table and chairs, with the valley sprawled below, and the rear has a stone patio with bench, Adirondack chairs and table as well as a picnic table and benches. There is a propane grill for your use as well. There are acres of lawn for guests use as well as 5 acres beyond of forest which are also at their disposal.
There is a generator prepared to kick in if local power goes out.
Guest access
Guests first enter through the door on the driveway with a code we send them, and are then free to use all the spaces of the house, but asked to limit their use of the garage to place garbage should they need it.

Please be mindful of our neighbors by respecting the calm of the neighborhood and keep the outdoor lights off when you go to sleep.
Looking out the back, our driveway is directly up the hill and our home is to the left, 72 Schuyler Ave.
