Hello Kimberly, We do appreciate your stay at our lakefront home and your compliments about our home and our property. I’m not sure why you would fabricate such an untrue exaggerated negative review? The house was clean there is no possible way that there were bugs everywhere because there were not bugs everywhere when we cleaned it before you arrived, when you checked in, or when our team cleaned the home after you departed. What we find on your departure was A big mess that you left at our home with all the waxy foam glitter stickers all over the picture windows!!?!! This mess took our cleaning team two hours with razor blades to clean up. This is a type of mess we have not seen before in any of our rentals. This is cruel trick to leave any home like this! Please Note: We do have a microwave and a brand new large screen TV. The electrical outlets are safe. There is no live electrical wires exposed. We pride ourselves in having a clean, safe, beautiful, memorable home for our guest to experience. We invite readers to come and experience for yourself this amazing lakefront home. Even come by for a preview if you wish to before renting.

A guest that stays the full 4 day weekend in our beautiful home on the lake, then checks out of the property at end of stay with no problems all weekend then later calls threatening the home owner trying to extortion money for a refund or he will leave a bad review should not be allowed on the VRBO or any rental platform. Talking to the Bill he admitted after staying four days he didn’t know how to turn on the air conditioner in the bedroom area. He admitted they didn’t even open the huge glass doors in the great room to let the autumn breeze in to cool the house down. I ask Bill how much money he wanted back after his long weekend at the lake house. I am embarrassed for Bill. All the other guest leave four and five star reviews except for Bill that didn’t get his extortion money. This experience really makes me want to remove our beautiful home from availability to VRBO guests.
