Ideal location to walk to shops and restaurants. Luckily it was warm enough that we were even able to walk to Bentlyville to see the lights, which saved a huge hassle of parking. We stayed with our 2 kids and it was the perfect amount of space for the 4 of us. Much more room then we'd get at a hotel. We loved the loft style of the property and the big beautiful windows. The check in/out process was very easy. The apartment was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the amenities were very nice. We walked to lunch and dinner every day. We will definitely be back in the summer!

Excellent location very nice property

Very nice place in Canal Park. Communication with the host was excellent as we were trying to check in early and get parking passes as parking can be difficult in Canal Park. Host was very responsive and accommodating. It's top of our list of places to stay next time we are in Duluth.

This place was everything we expected and even better than the pictures represent. Everything was in great shape and very clean.The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. It is close to everything in the canal area and just minutes to most other locations of interest in Duluth.

Exactly as advertised. Condo is very roomy well decorated and clean. Beds very comfortable. Location is great, walking distance to many restaurants and sites. Free onsite parking.Communication with owner is prompt and accurate.

Fabulous loft in Canal Park/ Downtown Duluth! Cool vibe with amazing views of the area. Within walking distance of the Arial Bridge and lots of great restaurants. 30 minute drive to gorgeous waterfalls and Split Rock Lighthouse on the north shore of Lake Superior.

We were so pleased with the location, cleanliness of the loft, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, linens and amenities. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the canal park area. It’s so convenient to walking anywhere. Great Location

The four of us were first-time visitors to Duluth and we were so excited to find this; the location let us walk to so many different places and the building itself is gorgeous. The apartment was clean, beautifully furnished, comfortable, and quiet; the directions we received for checkin/out were simple; and the fabulous coffee bar was a huge bonus. We loved everything about it!

Love this place!

This place is so so cute! The location is perfect! We have stayed at the hotels on the canal, but this place was amazing. We will continue to stay here when we go to Duluth. Easy to get anywhere from the spot on the canal. Great parking and the hosts were super easy to work with. Can’t wait to stay here again

I had visited Duluth on a trip to the Alaska Highway a few years ago and became intrigued by its railroad and shipping history. Over Thanksgiving, I had an opportunity to hook up with my Army Buddy from Minneapolis. We try to stay in historic, unique places for our get-togethers. Actually, these are places where we can stay together with our wives and hang out. In researching Duluth, I was immediately impressed with the ambiance and functionality of The Lux Loft in Canal Park. I love lofts and have renovated a few myself. My friend and I needed two separate bedrooms as he and his wife have sleeping issues. The Loft solved that in style. Here we had a great kitchen, two separate full baths, an open-concept living room, kitchen eating area. Great cooking utensils, a coffee station, a refrigerator and most of all Historic Duluth looking out the great windows. It was centrally located to what we wanted to see: the Railroad Museum, the Aerial Lift Bridge, Glensheen Mansion, Lake Superior Drive, the historic shipping areas, Grandma's Restaurant and the hills overlooking all of Duluth. I couldn't ask for or expect more from these accommodations. We had an issue with the coffee maker and the host was there to rectify it within minutes, and all communication with him was professional and pleasant.The Loft was clean, well-kept, comfortable, and did I say historic? If I return to Dulth, one great historic city, I will opt to stay in the Lux Loft again, no questions asked.

Outstanding loft!!! Perfect location with easy parking steps from the loft entrance. The unit is better than the pictures suggest. The loft is extremely clean and has an open uncluttered vibe. Everything you need is supplied. The linens and bedding are amazing. This is a wonderful loft and I hope to return soon.
