Loved the location, close to town and directly adjacent to a rushing stream. Ground floor entry, bedrooms on upper level, 4 chairs on deck by stream. Loved this view. Near bike paths. Beautiful. Nice furniture. Gas fireplace. Would return and recommend to others.

Tremendous location backing to creek and close to Main St. Very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. Two small details to note: the barn door style door on the master bathroom is a little awkward to open and get to stay open. The clearance between the king sized bed and the furniture in the 3rd bedroom is narrow and would not be idea for guests with mobility challenges. For us minor issues, and we would definitely stay at this property again.

Absolute delight to be right on the creek, home was clean and comfortable, and management was responsive and helpful. Will probably stay in this exact property again.

Great location

Short walk to Main Street, kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. Beautiful views of the creek. Would stay here again!

Mountain paradise

Amazing stay! Could not have been better. Great location to walk to Main Street. The views and sounds from the back patio will make you wish you didn’t have to leave.

Great location walkable to downtown frisco . Peaceful setting right in ten mile creek . Listen to the rushing water and enjoy the old growth tree canopy . Private for a condo .

Great stay

Except for a few small glitches, we had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the restaurants and shops on Main Street, the unit was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4. There was some confusion about the entry code, the code for the community room which has the pool/ hot tub, and the fireplace didn't work very well. Also the master bedroom has a queen sized bed and one of the regular bedrooms has a king sized bed which led to some confusion about where to sleep, but everyone in our group ended up happy. It has great access to skiing and we really enjoyed the spring skiing! Overall it was a great experience.

Perfect getaway

This was a great property. We didn't want for anything. Close to the grocery store, which offered delivery, so we didn't have to leave for groceries.

Great location

Great location. Walkable to downtown. Even in the winter you can hear the stream right outside. The kitchen is well stocked and more functional than a lot of rental kitchens. the fireplace was nice too. The young people made good use of the pool table, hot tub and sauna.

Lovely place

We enjoyed the place and how close it was to downtown Frisco and skiing. We did have issues with the entryway lock that had me locked out for about 30minutes. Other than that, it was a wonderful place. Oh! There are no wine glasses. Even cheap no stem would be nice.

Great Condo!

This condo was perfect! There were 3 couples and we had plenty of space and it had every thing that was in the description. The view was wonderful-loved sitting on the porch watching the stream run every day. The location of this condo is perfect too. So close to downtown so we were able to walk every day and we loved that. Condo was only 20 yards from the hot tub and pool which we enjoyed too.We would book this condo again!!

Recent stay

Nice place but a little dark and packed with furniture downstairs. Kitchen a little unorganized and only one (1) glass wine glass (I’m sure that sounds funny to some)! Location good and easy access off and on the freeway. Would stay there again but thought was a little pricey for what the accommodations were.

Location on the Creek!

Had a wonderful stay! Location and having an end unit is a plus. Walking distance to town of Frisco, and walking/bike trails are so close. Unit stocked with everything you need, especially the kitchen. When staying in a place you are unfamiliar with, appreciated night lights throughout the condo. Enjoyed the deck with the comfy chairs and tables by the creek. I never wanted to leave! Hummingbird feeder attracted a lot of hummingbird action! And was surprised to see my first black bear on the opposite side of the creek. Yikes! Only one issue with finding the wifi code and password. This wasn't discovered until after checking in at 4 pm, unloading and getting settled. By the time we called it was after 5 and was told they would get back to us next day. After many conversations on the phone with agent that couldn't help, got a call from the wonderful owners who helped us out. Would be nice if management was open later to help with issues that come up after check in. Will be back!

Cozy apartment in great location.

Overall we were very pleased with this rental. Our only recommendation is that they provide bedding for the pullout coach. Despite trying to secure some, we only received a set of sheets. No blanket and no comforter. We pillaged from the other beds, but not ideal. Otherwise, we loved being able to walk downtown for dinner, and the hot tub was an hop away from our front door. The condo isn’t fancy, but cozy with lots of comfy places to sit and pretty views of the river.

Accurate Description; mediocre customer service

We got what we expected in terms of the property, The listing was accurate and we were happy with the accommodations. We were not happy with the communication with property management company. It was not personal and at times seemed like we were just connecting with a computer via text. Our access code didn't work upon arrival and when we called the person we talked to wasn't familiar with our reservation. Eventually they found it and we got in but there was no explanation of what happened.
