Mt. Victoria Lodge Penthouse Condo is a premium 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo that offers sleeping for up to 10 guests ā€” and a private outdoor hot tub, too! With vaulted ceilings and huge window to let in the light and mountain views, the living area has a bright, open feel, with quality leather furniture, a rock gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV for ā€œkicking backā€ after a day on the slopes or the bike trails. Or, just step out on the patio, slip into the hot tub and take in the views of Mt. Victoria and Mt. Royal! Thereā€™s also a gas grill and table for outdoor relaxing.

The kitchen? Top-notch, with beautiful granite counters, stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) and lovely dining table that seats six, with room for three more at the counter. The bedrooms wonā€™t disappoint, either. The master suite features a king bed and a luxurious private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a trundle bed and a private bathroom; the third bedroom has a queen bed as well.

Great Frisco location, easy access to Copper Mountain

We loved our stay. 8 of us were in this 3 bedroom for 3 nights and 3 stayed the additional 2 nights. It was nice to have all rooms on the same floor and the elevator was a big plus! Had a few issues with the Keurig but a regular coffee pot was also available so we didn't miss a beat. Over all it was an easy and super nice stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Ski trip

Great location, private hot tub. Didn't get check-in info until check-in day. The carpets are worn. Bath towels are small and hotel-ish. No separate hot tub towels but there's a washer and dryer to wash them. Well stocked kitchen and pantry items. Radiant heat flooring. Humidifiers worked well. Parking spots are very tight for a large SUV but doable with maneuvering. The hot tub tech came into the condo, unexpectedly, to service the tub. There's no outside access so he has to come in. Had we not been there, we'd never know someone was coming in. Full disclosure prior to booking would've been appreciated. The condo key is tethered in the lock box meaning you can't take the key with you. So, anyone who has the lock box code can unlock your door. The condo maintenance on call person showed up at 9pm one night because there was a leak in the downstairs unit. He had no ID that he was legit. The next day, another maintenance person came unannounced. Then I got a text from the realty company asking us not to use the 2nd ensuite bathroom for the remainder of the trip until they fixed the leak. We've not been compensated for the inconvenience despite my complaint and request. This is a very expensive condo. I expect better -clear communication, impeccable service, luxury bath towels, better security.

Dream snowy vacation

This was a dream vacation in a cozy condo. The place had plenty of rooms, an awesome hot tub with amazing mountain views, and was just a few blocks away from Main Street. We would definitely recommend this property. It snowed the entire time and was magical.

Donā€™t book without reading ALL reviews

The location of this condo is amazing - if I owned this property or looking to stay here I would want to know how nonchalantly property management is handling necessary maintenance. We arrived and soon found extensive dark mold plainly visible on the ceiling (the length of a forearm) in the main bathroom. The bathroom also smelled incredibly musty. After looking back at reviews this had at least been reported back in Sept ā€˜24 and mold shooting out of the jacuzzi tub in Dec ā€˜23. Realizing Property management knew about this issue before our stay, we contacted them about our concerns and the manager suggested it was an easy fix and brushed off our concerns until maintenance confirmed the ceiling needed to be ripped out and replaced. We were compensated 100/night since we were not comfortable using the bathroom/exposing a pregnant guest to the mold. Later on, we had an active leak in the second bathroom near the vent/fan that does not work and found more dark mold in the 3rd bathroom. We essentially paid a pretty penny to come stay and run point for the property management and their maintenance crew, coming in and out of the condo numerous times in addition to the housing association getting involved because of the active leak. All issues that should have been resolved months ago. Property management is responsive to texts but negligent in caring for the property or the guests. Would not book this again or anything run by Summit County Rentals.

Conveniently located.

Conveniently located for skiing Breckenridge, A-Basin, Copper and even Ski Cooper. Also close to nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and winter hikes. Layout of unit gives privacy to members who want quiet while others socialize in the living room. Hot tub on the deck brings everyone together for great conversation. 2 parking spaces in the garage makes getting started in the morning after a snowfall a much easier experience.

Perfect!

Location is fantastic, so close to Main Street, which offers fun shopping and restaurants. Condo was very comfortable, beautiful woodwork. The 3 bedrooms were nicely laid out with the master separate. Nice to have space from adult kids. Other amenities such as laundry and humidifiers were so helpful!

Good not Great

The good things: manager always quick to respond to questions, location, cleanliness, heated garage with small storage unit, well stocked, roomy. The not so good things: Didn't receive check-in information until after I requested it which was after check-in time. Check-in instructions were terrible. Entry is cumbersome as it takes 3 different codes and a key to enter the property going through garage (1 code and 1 key if entering from outside stairwell). Was on 3rd floor. Was more like a hotel as there were other units in the same building. We had 3 vehicles and there was no guidance given on where to park the 3rd vehicle (rental allows for 2 cars).

Great location with amazing views. Unit has a great deck but was dated inside. Contacted the property manager regarding dirty carpets and mold in bathroom and they were very responsive. Will return once issues have been addressed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome 3rd floor condo close to downtown Frisco with great views and all the necessities to turn a rental into a home for the stay. Pictures match the decor though ā€œdatedā€ is starting to show through. Late notification that washer had gone out took one of us out of a day on the slopes instead hitting a laundromat Communication with rental company is not to the level I expected as instructions didnā€™t come until we were already in town. Will definitely look into another stay as the positives far outweigh any negative opportunities that arose.

Great property!

My group and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was very convenient and the property management company was very responsive and helpful. We were disappointed that the dishes werenā€™t clean when we got in and that the dishwasher didnā€™t seem to do a good job of getting things clean the first time. Not their fault really but our matching machine didnā€™t work, but the management company was great about providing a laundry service as to not disrupt our vacation. Overall, highly recommend!
