'Bonnie Dune' beach house is located on the beautiful nature lovers Fort Morgan Peninsula just 14 miles west of Gulf Shores. Surfside Shores Subdivision consists of single family residences on large lots providing privacy and uncrowded private beaches. Bonnie Dune has an acre of beautiful dunes covered with seaoats winding to the Gulf of Mexico.

This cute beach cottage is family perfect and pet friendly. There are 3 bedrooms with a 4th suited for kids as it is a separate enclosed 4 season room with AC. You can save on the high costs of boarding your pet, because well behaved, leashed dogs are welcomed on Surfside's beaches. All this and your own private 20'x30'pool. Don't miss this perfect family vacation home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bonnie Dunes.. The house was really nice!! The kids had a blast with having their own pool.. They also loved riding on the golf cart to the beach!! I would definitely recommend staying there..

We just finished a great week at this property. The private pool was fantastic and the golf cart to get down to the beach was such a bonus. It is a beautiful home that our family really enjoyed. It was well cleaned and had everything we needed. The communication with the owner and the property manager was great whenever we needed anything or had questions. We would stay here again. What a great house! The kitchen was very nicely appointed, which I appreciate because we are not restaurant people; I cook all of our meals on vacation. Having the golf cart was such a nice perk and it made beach access super easy. The bedroom / bathroom set up worked great for us, and everything was so comfortable, from the big sectional couch, to the mattresses, and even the pillows! It is so rare to find nice pillows in a hotel or a rental! My favorite part of the house was the big covered deck. I loved sitting out there and feeling the breeze. Even in the heat of the day it was a lovely spot to be with a book and a cold drink. Communication with Bonnie was so easy and replies were always very prompt and friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

We also for 26 years come with the family and I cook almost all meals for us so I want to have it stocked like Home! When we added the covering to the front porch in 2017 we had no idea what we were missing. I like to just it sometimes and hear all the sounds of nature, families walking by and kids laughing and a good power nap every now and the. We have been staying in Gulf Shores for years and this property was by far our favorite! The house was clean and smelled so nice! The kitchen was loaded with all the essentials. The area is quiet and perfect for relaxing. The golf cart was an added bonus! We cannot wait to come back. Bonnie and her team went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend!

We were excited to see the gulf beach and enjoy a relaxing week and we were not disappointed! The house was clean, very nice, ready for us (even a couple hours early!) and in a great location. The host was awesome- Bonnie, did you set up the gorgeous weather for us, too?

Thanksgiving getaway

This property is owned by Patrick and Bonnie Murphy of Cincinnat Ohio.
We have 4 wonderful children and Jax our Bullador. We actually adopted him from right here in Fort Morgan in July 2015 from a wonderful couple that worked at our very own Sassy Bass! He loves the beach as much as we do!

Patrick and I bought this house back in October of 2000 so we could come to BAMA and watch my baby sister play Division 1 Soccer for USA in Mobile. The first four years we limited our guests to family and close friends due to the amount of time we spent at the house and beach each year. As the kids have all gotten older our trips to our little piece of heaven on earth are not as often as we like so we decided to share our home with others so they too could make the same kind of lasting memories that we have been making with our family and friends for so many years!
