The entire house is super spacious and perfect for a large family with many kids (children proofed).

Clean granite countertops, modern appliances, and beautiful furniture make dining here ideal for both family vacations and personal getaways. After a delightful meal with your loved ones, unwind in the living room specially arranged and designed to make you feel like you're living more than luxurious.

After a replenishing sleep in either the elegantly designed kids' themed room or the master bedroom, where this massive suite is filled with all the amenities you'd need for a perfect night. Ranging from a massive king bed to a spacious bathroom and a built-in wardrobe. The glass-designed shower will sure make you fall in love with this perfect piece of privacy.

Both of the kids' bedrooms aren't far behind, with uniquely designed and enchanted dorms embellished with Disney-themed paintings, posters, and more will surely make your little ones very satisfied. A small upstairs living room is also there for your convenience. In case you can't decide what to bring, a washing machine and dryer are also present, so pack your whole wardrobe!

Ready to soak up that sunshine in the sunshine state and get a tan? The screened patio will be where you'd want to be! Taking a dip in the pool? No problem! Carefully cleaned and maintained every week, the private pool serves as a refresher to unwind with your friends and family. (Heating provided for $35 a day. We recommend adding pool and spa heat in the winter months)

While you're just 12 mins away from the Disneyworld theme parks located in Orlando, here in Windsor at Westside, you wouldn't even need to leave the neighborhood! Staying at this villa will grant you free access to all of the amenities of the clubhouse. The main clubhouse includes amenities such as a gym, multi sports court, a huge waterpark (slides, lazy river, and more present), bar and Cabanas, Arcade, and more! All meticulously cleaned and maintained every day after hours (10-8 PM operation hours).

This 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom vacation mansion at Windsor Westside provides an abundance of perks and things to enjoy for you and your family. After all, isn't this what vacation should be? :)

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will be able to access the entire villa and the amenities. Free roadside parking is permitted and all amenities are accessible by the disabled. There is also a clubhouse in the gated community which includes a gym, an arcade, huge waterpark, lazy river, and basketball and tennis courts, play structure for children, and much more! Note that this place is shared with other residents in the gated community but is kept very well-cleaned and sanitized every day.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:
This brand new villa was constructed in 2019, Making it one of the newest Vrbo villas in all of Orlando! The house is clean and well kept by a great cleaning/management crew and perfect for short-term rentals. The villa is also only located 12 minutes away from Disney World!

If you would like the pool to be heated, the standard nightly rate is $35, and if you would like a BBQ rental, there would be a $95 one-time charge, and that applies to your entire stay regardless of duration. Please note!!! The BBQ does not come with the listing.
