The house was absolutely perfect for our family trip! We had 11 people, ranging from 3-76. We swam and walked to the beach, golfed, snorkeled, and just had the best time. Rocco was so accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful home in Kauai!

This property is over the top gorgeous. We took our entire family of 11 and had had plenty of room. It’s pricey but worth it. You won’t be disappointed. The pool is big, great kitchen and lots of room to spread out.

The property was wonderful! The host so kind and made himself available if you needed anything. We relaxed by the beautiful pool and the location of the property was so much fun! We really enjoyed the sunsets on the deck. You could walk to restaurants and the beach. What more could one want!

Absolutely stunning house and property! Wish I could live there year round. The property manager, Rocco, was also awesome! Always available for anything we needed. Definitely would stay here again.

Didn’t want to leave!

There were 12 of us, aged 2-75 and we couldn’t have asked for more perfect accommodations! Having a separate little cottage for the grandparents was ideal! The yard and pool are like an oasis and so very private. It rained a lot while we were there, but we were able to play games and gather in the beautiful living area. It was a short walk to the beach, and there was everything we needed to bring down there-chairs, sand toys, etc. The house manager Rocco was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What an incredible house! Our group of 11 had an amazing time in Poipu and this home definitely played a part in that. From the check-in process with Rocco (who is amazing), to the awesome pool, gorgeous landscaping, comfortable beds, great spaces to relax and hang out, and close access to the beach and walking paths this house delivered. Lots of amenities to use at the beach and the pool. Great communication with both Jan and Rocco. Looking forward to the chance to come again.

The pool and grounds were beautiful and lush.The house and bungalow provided lots of room for our multi-generational family of ten.AC was great in the bedrooms and bungalow.No AC in main living area, although there was a nice cross breeze most of the time.Two sets of washers and dryers were very helpful. Rocco was very helpful w/ any concerns we had.Short walk to the beach and shops at Hyatt.

Check in was easy, House was clean, Pool was nice, Rocco was very helpful and fast to respond to questions. Our three generations (9) people. had plenty of room to relax and have privacy. It was an easy walk to Shipwreck beach. A short drive to our favorite beach, Poipu Beach. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, for going to the beach, hanging out by the pool, a beautiful deck to enjoy our meals, you name it we had it. The house and property are beautiful. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you very much for a memory our family will remember for the rest of our lives.

Poipu Bay Getaway for 50th birthday

The Poipu Bay Getaway was a dream come true! There was so much space, it was well stocked with a lot of amenities, and so close to the ocean. My family and friends enjoyed traveling around, but also took time to relax in the pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach was only minutes. The house was very clean and the property management team was very responsive and amazing! I highly recommend this location and would love to visit again! For those that love turtles, Poipu Beach is right down the road, and we saw turtles there every afternoon. It was truly memorable!

Amazing stay

Private Resort

Lovely home. Good location. We loved the backyard pool and hot tub. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Walkable to a beach and close to everything by car.
