Fantastic villa and amazing location overlooking the bay and a few steps down to the sea for swimming and snorkeling. Set in the quiet village of Molunat with handy supermarket and a couple of friendly restaurants plus an scuba diving school. Ideally situated for the airport, visiting Dubrovnik and surrounding countryside. Would highly recommend and hope to return.

Absolutely gorgeous home. I wish we had stayed longer. The home is well stocked with everything we needed and the location is so perfect. We have stayed in many ABNB and Vrbos before and this one was our favorite. This is the new standard for our family.

Amazing views!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Views and access into the ocean is great and the accommodation is well equipped for the whole family. The host are great from leaving us some welcoming drinks and snacks to bringing the children an Easter gift it. Would definitely recommend this property.

Family holiday

Amazing quiet location next to the sea. Great communication with the hosts. Fabulous restaurant just down the road. I would definitely recommend it.

Nice house in cozy village

We had a great time in Molunat. The village is very relaxed and the people are nice. The villa was great for our vacation. It was clean and had everything that we needed. The owners are pleasant and helpful people and the communication through Fewo worked well.

Stunning Location

Villa Becir is the perfect place to stay if you want to completely relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. You are steps from crystal clear water we visited with our 3 children and had a wonderful time. Perfect sea front house where relaxing and nature are key.

The location can not be bettered. The property is wonderful with the outside space the main draw with immediate access to the sea and sunbathing deck. Contact with the owners was easy and their advice and suggestions helped make this holiday very special for us. Easy walk to eat out at any of the three eateries in the village.

Lovely place

Beautiful place with a wonderful view and a few steps down to the incredibly clear water. The villa was very clean and functional, everything worked as it should. We didn't think we would use the jacuzzi but as we spent a lot of time swimming it was great to have a short massage in the evening. The restaurants nearby had decent food but the barbeque also came to good use. Altogether we spent a lovely week there and we will definitely be back!

Perfect Holiday

The property was in a quiet, pretty cove, overlooking the sea. There was a few steps from the sun deck to take a dip and well was equipped with an outside shower. The property had a luxury outdoor hot tub benefiting from the stunning views. The inside was clean and well equipped with x3 comfortable bedrooms, x2 bathrooms a dishwasher and washing machine. There was a shop, pub and fantastic restaurant within walking distance. A relaxing location to holiday!! Would love to return.

Fantastic! Wonderful owners and amazing view....

Thank you, we have had an absolutely wonderful time and will be sad to leave Molunat and the wonderful view from the Beach house....having the private sea access was superb! It was so lovely to meet your Mum and her friend today- such lovely ladies. I must mention the fantastic chocolate pancakes though, they were delicious, we have saved a few to have after our dinner tonight. Please say a massive thank you to your mum, they were a lovely surprise, as was the gorgeous red wine. We are moving onto Perast so shall enjoy the wine there. Dubrovnik Wedding Bolthole

With huge thanks to Antonia the contact and support throughout the stay was first class. The setting, view and proximity to the sea with its own beach is hard to beat. Perfect location for our Daughters wedding in Dubrovnik circa 50 mins away and close to Montenegro for a day trip and Molunat village has all you need , shop, bar/cafe and Lancarna restaurant all on your doorstep. A word for picturesque Gruda for larger shops, bank, bars/cafes and a hairdressers for last minute wedding adjustments! Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were all accompanied by the spectacular view across the bay with chance to bathe just metres away, and air conditioning throughout to keep cool in the summer Croatian sun. Thank you Antonia for letting us stay at Villa Becir and enabling us to generate wonderful memories. Matt & Jayne

Another great holiday at The Beach House

We returned to The Beach House this summer for another wonderful week. The location is perfect - Molunat is a lovely, unspoilt village on a picturesque little bay south of Dubrovnik, but within easy driving distance of the lively port of Cavtat, Dubrovnik itself, and the fantastic Bay of Kotor in nearby Montenegro. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance of the house, and a small shop in the village for basic provisions. Cavtat is bustling with good restaurants, and there are two charming country restaurants (one is a working watermill) situated in a very pretty riverside setting in nearby Gruda, about 20 minutes' drive from Molunat. The house is great, with its own seafront swimming and sunbathing areas, and very well-equipped. The sea was clean and warm (25 degrees at the end of August), and it is so lovely being able to step out on to the pretty, bougainvillea-laden terrace and immediately down to the water's edge. The owners of the Beach House - Kate Becir and her family, especially daughter Antonia and son-in-law Mario - could not be more kind and helpful, assisting with car and boat hire, and generally making sure that their visitors are comfortable. We could not recommend this house more highly - it is the perfect venue for a most enjoyable holiday. We hope to return again next year.

Amazing view and delightful hosts!!

We had a a great holiday stay in Molunat. Our son Alex arrived on Christmas day, and we all stayed until January 3rd. Since the shops were closed for the holidays Antonia offered to fetch some groceries to tide us over for two days, and that was a great tone to set for our stay. The town was asleep for the winter, but we still enjoyed walking around. We drove every day to see sights in Croatia and Montenegro, returning to our home base. We found grocery stores to supplant our supplies, and enjoyed cooking in the very modern kitchen. The hot tub was super! A luxurious model with lots of fun features. When we had trouble with the jets, Tony came by and straightened everything out. We also used the washing machine for laundry, and Antonia brought by detergent along with a bottle of bubbly for New Years. So very thoughtful! I would love to come back when the local restaurants are open. Overall, the property is spotlessly clean, well stocked with towels, linens, and all kitchen utensils. The communication with our hosts was very timely and clear. I highly recommend this villa, and our hosts. I would give ten stars if I could!

Great choice!

Just have come back from a relaxing week in Beach House Becir. We were two elderly couples taking a brake from our busy lives in a stunning environment of Molunat. House was just like it is presented in Antonia's pictures, nothing is exaggerated. Clean and well equipped with air conditioning. The situation of the house is beautiful and peaceful, facing to the bay of Molunat, yet near restaurants and the small shop. On the sun deck you can bathe in the sun from early morning to almost sunset and take a dip into the crystal clear, turqoise Adriatic Sea. The weather was fine considering it was the last week of September. Lot of sunshine, daytime temperatures 25-28 celcius, sea was very warm, too. When arranging the trip I was in constant contact with Antonia and she answered my emails in a very prompt manner. And when we met in Cavtat while there, she matched the picture I got from our conversations - nice and beautiful and an honest young lady. If peace and relaxation is what you want from your holiday, I highly recommend this place. I don't know how bustling the village is in high season, but now that it was the last week of this season, Molunat was very peaceful and we sure got what we awaited from our vacation! All in all, Croatia is a stunning country with the flora, the sea, the mountains and the curvy roads. People are very nice and modest. Service is outstanding, yet not pushy, which appeals to our Nordic caracter. Thank you Antonia and thank your family! I'm sure we will return soon! - Raija-

Vi var to familier med voksne ungdommer som leide dette flotte huset i en uke. Vi storkoste oss med bading, SUP og soling rett nedenfor huset. Helt unikt! Vertskapet var veldig hyggelig og svært behjelpelig . Det er gåavstand til restauranter og matbutikk. Ca en halvtime å kjøre til Cavtat hvor man finner flere restauranter, paddlebaner og tennis. Anbefaler å leie dette fine huset.

Perfect place for retreat

This is the second time we’ve been here and will definitely be back. Gorgeous property, fully equipped and steps from your own “beach” into the sea. We barbecued most evenings on the sun terrace but the local restaurants are great too. Great hosts and you even have your own lime tree for your G&T - what’s not to love? Excellent

Durch den tollen Meerblick insgesamt ein erholsamer Urlaub

Die Lage vom Ferienobjekt direkt am Meer ist absolut zutreffend und genauso wie in den Fotos. Auch die Aussicht ist traumhaft! Allerdings würde ich bei dieser Unterkunft von 80 qm nicht von einer Villa sprechen. Es handelt sich lediglich um eine Wohnung, die auch in der Hauptsaison nicht im Preis-Leistungsverhältis steht. Wir waren mit zwei Familien untergebracht, insgesamt 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Das "Haus" umfasst insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer und ist für max. 8 Personen ausgerichtet. Der 7. Schlafplatz war jedoch nicht hergerichtet. Die Ankunft war unproblematisch (Bier und Wein wartete im Kühlschrank auf uns) und wir durften sogar schon früher einchecken. Leider hatten wir keine "Einführung" bzw. fehlte uns z. B. die Handhabung des Whirlpools. Nach zwei Tagen musste ich Antonia kontaktieren, weil wir einen ganz schlechten Geruch im Badezimmer hatten, der wahrscheinlich aus dem Gully kam. Dieser Gestank besserte sich auch nicht, nachdem Antonia's Vater um Abhilfe bemüht war, sodass das angrenzende Schlafzimmer auch schlecht roch. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt waren die zahlreichen Wespen, die auf der Terasse ständig um uns herum schwirrten und sich nur durch Begießen des Limettenbaumes für kurze Zeit zurückzogen.

Dear Sabine, thank you for your review. Well, our house we consider villa as this kind of property is so hard to find, the view and how close to Sea it is it is something that is unbeatable. As for the smell, we apologise but that dan there was a storm, so maybe it was caused by the rain, but once we came there was no smell at all, if you have told us, we would have called someone but you said all was fine. As for the wask, it is Nature, should we kill all the wask? Thank you for understanding, but sometimes there are some stuff we do not have influence on.

Absolutely stunning

Couldn't be happier with property. Beautiful location, lovely property and very friendly hosts. If you want a quiet secluded break, you couldn't go wrong. Shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Being able to wake up, have coffee then walk down steps into the adriatic was sublime. Recommend stopping at larger supermarket before arriving in village if you intend to cook/bbq. Highly recommended, we aim to return!

Schöne erholsame Tage

Wir waren zu 4 mit Freunden für 10 Tage in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist klein und fein und hat alles was man braucht. Besonders der Aussenbereich mit Meerzugang, Yakuzzi und Grill sind sehr schön. Molunat ist klein, hat aber alles was man benötigt. Lokale, Supermarkt, Bootsverleih.... Das Lokal Lancana ist nur ein Paar Meter entfernt. Das Essen ist hervorragend und sehr zu empfehlen. Cavtat und Dubrovnik sind in nur wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind nett und sehr gut erreichbar. Alles lief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Vielen Dank nochmal für die Flasche Wein und den "Kuchen" ;0) Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen gern wieder

Perfection

I couldn't have asked to stay at a more perfect place than Villa Becir. My villa felt like home the moment I walked into it and it exceeded my expectation in every way possible, from cleanliness, accessibility, location, amenities, comfort, safety, and more. The property managers were readily accessible and personally helpful and hands on in any way needed. I enjoyed every second of being spoiled here. I arrived late in the night and my Croatian Family had much needed and appreciated local wine and fruit waiting for me! I will most definitely be back and can't wait to share this experience with my family.

Besser geht es nicht mehr !!!

Wir (5-6 P.) waren insgesamt drei Wochen (21d) im Juli 2021 Alleinbenützer des Hauses. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus samt Lage bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Es ist tatsächlich alles so wie beschrieben. Das Meer hat sehr klares und sauberes, warmes Wasser (wir hatten fast 27°). Die kleinen Inseln vor der Bucht sind leicht zu erreichen (per Standboardpaddel als auch für geübte Schwimmer). Der kleine ort Molunat ist klein aber fein, das Restaurant Lancana im Ort hat unseren Aufenthalt absolut versüsst und das zu einem wirklich guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Antonia bzw. Kate samt ihrer gesamten Familie sind als Host sehr nett, extrem bemüht und hilfreich. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde eine Klimaanlage in einem Raum kaputt, innerhalb von nur einem Tag wurde reagiert und nachdem das Gerät nicht mehr zu reparieren war sofort eine neue Klimaanlage angeschafft und montiert. Besser geht es nicht! Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank! Wir fahren bereits seit rd. 15 Jahren immer wieder einmal nach Kroatien und mieten immer Häuser in Alleinlage direkt am Meer. Dieser Aufenthalt war ein wirklicher Highlight!
