Villa Bellezza is located in a small Croatian village Čilipi in the Dubrovnik region. The history of the house dates back 1830 years and has been completely renovated for the season 2017 with the aim of connecting the old and modern style. Its distance from the beach 10 minutes walk, the city of Cavtat 5 km, Dubrovnik 18 km, Montenegro 15 km and is equipped with two bedrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, two toilets one equipped with Jacuzzi, two larger terraces and pool.
Villa Bellezza offering a view of the beautiful Mediterranean landscape and the sea, outdoor pool to enjoy the hot summer days.
It is possible to organize a safari in a jeep, horseback riding in the equestrian center, diving, tennis, kayaking, hiking, cycling through the beautiful Dalmatian landscape. .Dubrovnik Airport is located 3 km and it is also possible to arrange a shuttle service. UNESCO protected the Old Town is located 18 km from the facility. We are at your service so that we will every guest at the airport and bring to Villa Bellezza and nice host.If you love recreation you will have the opportunity to walk well-marked trails through the woods and unspoiled nature of Konavle region. Only few meters from our villa you will find paths to Cavtat (1,5 hour walk) and Čilipi (15 min walking to center).
Few kilometers arround the village you can find more activities like horse riding and cycling.
Just 15 minutes walk down the road is the local is beach (rocks) Puvalice, where you can enjoy crystal clear water. Few kilometers away you can find more beautiful beaches Zarubača and Čilipska Luka.
However, if you just want to take a break from everyday stress, hustle and bustle of the city Villa Bellezza offers the privacy of your own yard and private pool.

This is a charming, beautifully renovated house. The owners were so nice & helpful. The location was perfect for us coming from Dubrovnik and visiting Montenegro the next day. The nearest town, Cavtat was beautiful & we were 5 minutes from the airport the day we left. We would highly recommend this rental.

The villa was exactly as it shows in the pictures. The pool and terrace areas are really impressive and perfect for lazy family days. It’s within driving distance of a few restaurants and we also visited a local winery, which was definitely worth it.Facilities for cooking were great and the bbq was well stocked, we had 4 bbqs.The villa is around 35mins from Dubrovnik, we chose to get taxis everywhere as there were 6 of us, and we wanted to spend time relaxing at the villa.The games room was a great addition, I loved playing pool, great for a nights entertainment.Hosts were great at communicating and when our power went out they were really responsive and came back to us super quickly and resolved the issue swiftly.Highly recommend this place, perfect for 2 families with a kid each.

We had a lovely time at villa Bellezza, enjoying the comfort of this beautiful villa as well as dinning and hospitality in Cilipi and Cavtat. Vesela the owner's attentive hosting has made our holiday a truly special experience. We do hope that we will be able to return in the future.

Week in Dubrovnik

We had a lovely stay in Vesela’s gorgeous villa. The villa was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The pool and outside area were perfect for relaxing and the sunbeds were really comfortable. Vesela was a wonderful host and had great communication.

Had a wonderful time in Croatia staying in Villa Belleza. The property is ideal for a relaxing holiday with all facilities superb in addition to the charming Vesela a fantastic host. Many great restaurants within a 10 minute drive, several in Cavtat a beautiful small town. Convenient for visiting Dubrovnik and a trip to Kotor well worth the journey .Closer to the villa Cilipi and the coastal town of Molunat well worth seeing. Overall the family had a great holiday and would thoroughly recommend ‘Villa Bellezza’ as a base to explore this part of Croatia.

Perfect space for family holiday

Villa Bellezza is the ideal space for a family on holidays: its layout, decor, amenities and location will enhance your family's togetherness, play and exploration. Whether preparing dinner together in the well-equipped kitchen, dining on the terrace overlooking the mountains or swimming / lounging by the pool, this place has it all. Nearby Cavtat is a lovely town with many excellent restaurant options and beaches to explore. So much to offer here.

Beautiful sunny villa

Bellezza is a beautifully restored house in a traditional Croatian village. With a private pool, games room, sun terrace and bbq area there is plenty of space to spend time with family and friends. Close to Dubrovnik airport, and within easy reach of Dubrovnik City, Montenegro and Cavtat it's perfect for exploring the local vicinity, but a car is a must. Ana, Marina and Luko were the perfect hosts, close by should you need any help, without being intrusive.

Week in Cilipi

The villa is stunning. Very spacious and for two friends meeting up it felt a bit indulgent! Easy check in process and the host provided some meats, cheeses, wine etc for us at the outset which was a really nice touch. We didn’t hire a car as we’d worked out that given we wanted a mix of relaxation at the pool and getting out and about it was cheaper and easier to book Ubers when needed. Price to Dubrovnik is around €29, €15 to the airport on our return journey and €15 to Cavtat. Locally there’s the forklore performance on Sunday mornings by St Nicholas church and a visit to the Stone Mill shouldn’t be missed - €40 for the tour and a substantial feed! There’s a grocery store by the church that’s reasonably well stocked - on our first day we walked there and did a bigger shop and got a taxi back. Then it was small top up shops on foot as needed. You can also walk to Cavtat - took a bit over two hours but trainers and a bottle of water is enough to get you there. The Wikiloc app will show you where to pick up the route and it’s well sign posted. All in all a lovely week spent in a really beautiful villa.

We had a great stay in the villa. It’s really charming with lots of space, very good beds (which although listed as queen are definitely kings if not super kings) terrific aircon! The pool terrace is lovely with Sun and shade all day. Watching the swallows flying over the pool was a treat. Great view across the woods to the sea from the terrace off the kitchen which was also a lovely shady respite from the strong sun. We were left a very nice welcome pack and some wine which was a very nice touch and the kitchen had lots of essentials like salt and pepper, oil vinegar etc. it’s a very pleasant 10 minute walk to the Studenac market in Cilipi. And very easy to call a Bolt to go into Cavtat. Although we had a car we hardly used it. The villa was spotlessly clean. Definitely a place we would book again.

This house is one of the most beautiful I've stayed in! A really amazing combination of authentic, beautiful charm, and modern convenience. In a lovely quiet neighborhood that felt very private and was convenient to Cavtat, Dubrovnik, and the airport. Do not let the proximity to the airport dissuade you! We did not hear planes at all. My kids loved the whirlpool tub, game room, and backyard pool! The outdoor shower and bathroom were very convenient. My husband and I loved the patio for watching the sunset with a glass of wine. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. I would recommend this property to anyone and I hope to be back again one day!
