Located in Huatulco Mexico, renowned for it's magnificent 9 bays, easy access 50 minutes flight from Mexico City, this exclusive residence overlooks the ocean, features an infinity pool with breathtaking ocean views. Housekeeper, WiFi and all amenities. Close to 5 star resorts, 18 hole golf course and wonderful restaurants and water sports.

Six lovely bedrooms decorated in traditional Mexican folk art fashion with on-suite bathrooms.

Dining room and living room overlook a gorgeous infinity pool that looks onto the Pacific ocean. A large, modern, fully equipped kitchen (We do not have a cook, but for an extra fee we can hire someone for this service).

**There will be an Electricity Fee depending on your consumption during your stay**

The host was great, the pool area amazing.The kitchen and bathrooms didn’t appear very clean, especially the fridge. Two bedrooms on the main floor had sewage or strong musty smell. One we could not even enter. The beds are only double - not really big enough for a couple, even queen would have been better. The sheets are polyester and piling, towels old. For the amount of money I had higher hopes !

Rosanna is a wonderful and very approachable host. She answered all our questions prior to coming and arranged a welcome meal on arrival. Lulu and Jessi are great cooks-having many meals in was a real bonus for our large group.

Highly recommend! Exceeded our expectations

You won’t believe your eyes when you first enter to villa and look out over the pool to the endless view of the Pacific. Great location. Out of the gray and noise of downtown. The cooks/housekeepers were amazing, speaking some Spanish is VERY important. The entire house and grounds are beautifully designed. Keep in mind that you will be charged for the electricity at the end of your stay. Just saying this so you can make an allowance for it. I just highly recommend staying here my grown kids all loved it as well.

Mis Represented Property

This is not a Luxury property! The setting of the house is very nice. The public areas are in passable condition. The bedrooms and bathrooms are in terrible condition. Painted floors that are peeling. Ants inundating everywhere! Old shower faucets. Rusty hinges. Door to terrace with no door handle to open, sheets all made of polyester. Just old and beat up. Deferred maintenance beyond acceptabilityKitchen is rudimentary with ants every where. Ring Tails invaded the kitchen at night knocking over liquor bottles and tearing at anything they could find. Defecating on the floor. photos available.

Beautiful villa needs a little TLC

View, pool and outdoor areas were all wonderful. Kitchen, bathrooms and some mechanicals could do with some TLC.

Priceless view

Spacious home that is open to a sweeping view of Tangolunda bay. We were fortunate to be there on New Years and were rewarded with a fireworks party. Lots of spaces for our large family to spread out and chill. Close to a number of stunning secluded beaches. After days in the Pacific we would return to glorious sunsets viewed from the.beautiful pool.

Stunning Views for 2024 Vacation

We stayed at this wonderful Villa with 2 other couples and had an absolutely wonderful time! It's even better than the pictures seen online. Rossana was wonderful in helping with all the details in booking this site and responded very quickly to any of our requests for information. The infinity pool with stunning view of the bay was fantastic and much needed considering the temperatures we had when we were there. The open air living and dining was wonderful. To have Lulu as our cook for the week was a real treat, we enjoyed every meal that she prepared for us. We would highly recommend this Vrbo. We would also highly recommend Enrique as a guide, as he was excellent.

HEAVEN

My friends and I had a check list of everything we wanted on our vacation and Santa Maria checked off each one. We were not disappointed. We had our infinity pool overlooking the ocean, rooms and bathrooms to choose, a beautiful open living room outdoors facing the ocean, every comfort we wanted. We were very happy with the house. And, the gem to top it off was LuLu, a chef who will make you dinners if you so desire, or lunch or breakfast All you need to do is tell her a day ahead of time if you want dinner. You pay for the groceries. Her dishes were incredible. She knows how to cook. Plus, she's the sweetest person you will ever meet. And, the owner Rossanna who instantly made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. She is very kind. She is quick to respond to any question you have through WhatsAp. You can still message her, but a quicker way is the WhatsAp. I would definitely go back.

Amazing Place

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property. The views are amazing as is the outdoor living. Property owner was great to work with and made everything easier for us. The cooks Lulu and Yesenia, we’re the best. The food was fantastic and they made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely go back. Miss it already!

Amazing , Amazing, Amazing

The last time in Huatulco we stayed at an "all Inclusive" resort. We will not ever do that again. While it was good it was no where near the level of service we just experienced. Lulu was an incredible asset to us. Her local knowledge and resources made the trip perfect. The house was perfectly kept, the food was amazing. The owner was responsive. We will be back!

Fabulous stay in Huatulco

We had the most wonderful family vacation in Rosanna’s beautiful home. The location is excellent with the most incredible view of the Tangolunda Bay. The sunsets were magnificent from the pool deck. Centrally located the home is a 70 peso, 10 minute cab ride to the center of La Crucecita and a 10 min ride to the beautiful beach of Playa la Bocana. The home was clean and spacious for our party of 11 with little noise from the surrounding homes and resorts. The staff (Lulu and Jessica) were lovely and accommodating, though neither spoke much English. Lulu is an excellent cook and made wonderful meals and desserts. We were fed well for about $100 US per person for the week, which included the cost of keeping the ladies to serve our dinner between 6:30 and 7. Rosanna was helpful, easy to reach and clearly cares about the satisfaction of her guests. Overall a very wonderful stay at this beautiful property.

Fabulous Experience

Our 3 generation family of 9 loved our stay at this gorgeous location. The outdoor spaces are so beautiful, there are blossoms everywhere, the pool is really lovely, well kept.. I'm running out of superlatives but the food was delicious and of excellent quality and variety. You do need a car and there is not a simple beach walking option (though there's a rough little path once we found it). Just a dream 4 days, thank you!

Huatulco getaway

We had a wonderful time in Huatulco. The property was awesome with breathtaking views. The host was very helpful with setting us up with reliable transportation through out our trip. Lulu the house keeper was great. She was a great cook and also help us with any questions we had and gave us suggestions on what we could do there in Huatulco. We felt very safe at the property and would absolutely stay there again. Thank you again to the host Rossana.

We came to the Villa to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday.

The view is spectacular. The place was large with lot's of stirs but manageable for our group. We had a fabulous time at the Villa. Lulu is an amazing cook. Transportation was easily arranged for our group. We felt very safe and the area is beautiful! I would come back.

The property is beautifully located, but not close to town or a swimming beach. Beautiful view

The property is located in a double guard gated area. A cab or hired driver is necessary to get anywhere. Our villa had a cook and housekeeping service provided with our rental fee. The layout of the villa is not a good fit for a family with toddlers. Lots of stairs and a cliff plus an infinity pool with no way to safely gate. Overall, a wonderful experience for our family. However, I would upgrade the bath towles, wash cloths & beach towles.

Huatulco Is Paradise

We had a great time at Villa Roxana. Lulu was a great chef and very accommodating. The views from the villa are amazing. The Huatulco region has so much to offer and everyone we encounter was very friendly. We hope to return soon!
