Designed with large family gatherings in mind, the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for creating lasting memories. The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring top-of-the-line commercial-grade stainless-steel appliances—including a double oven, ice maker, and oversized refrigerator—along with a breakfast bar for five and a large dining table that seats eight. Natural light floods the entire space, creating an inviting, airy atmosphere that opens up to a beautiful, covered deck, perfect for evening relaxation or alfresco dining. The main floor boasts a serene master suite with a king-sized bed and a luxurious custom bath, complete with a glass-enclosed shower and soaking tub. But the fun doesn't stop there—hidden away beneath the stairs is a charming secret nook with two twin beds, while across the hall, a full bath adds extra convenience. The spacious living room also offers a comfy sofa sleeper for even more sleeping options.

On the upper level, a second master suite awaits, featuring a king bed and its own private en-suite bath. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each feature a king-sized bed and share a beautifully appointed Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The 5th bedroom is another king suite with a private en-suite bathroom. For teens or extra guests, the loft area is an ideal hideaway, complete with a daybed and an additional sleeping space with two twins made into a king. Every bathroom in the home is adorned with elegant stone and granite countertops, exuding luxury and sophistication.

When you're ready for fun, the ground level has it all! A large game room featuring ping pong and darts keeps everyone entertained. And when it's time for the beach, beach service is available from March - October, including 2 chairs and a umbrella, as well as 2 bikes! This home is perfect for family reunions; equipped with an elevator our home provides easy access to all three levels. Additional amenities include a full washer and dryer, a gas grill for cookouts, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for up to eight cars (including two in the garage).

Enjoy an extended stay for Blue Angels Week — July 11th–19th (8 nights)! Please note, the week following will be a 6-night stay, Sunday through Saturday, before resuming normal Saturday–Saturday bookings.

4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Please Note: Exterior security cameras are present and in place at the front and back of the home for added safety monitoring. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas.
