This beautiful 5 bed, 5 bath home is situated on the popular resort of Solterra located close to all resort facilities enabling the staying guest easy walking access to the amenity center where they will find a free-form swimming pool with lazy river, spa, fitness center, volleyball, tennis, playground and business center. The vacation home itself has a west facing pool deck which allows guests to enjoy late sun in the evenings either swimming in the pool, chilling out in the jacuzzi or dining alfresco! The pool deck is equipped with dining table and chairs, gas grill and of course sunlounges. The perfect spot to unwind and chill or perfect for having an alternative rest day to the busy theme parks.

This single-story home provides a beautifully appointed open plan large family room with lounge seating, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Tile flooring can be found throughout and is the perfect place to spend quality time together. Accommodation comprises of a King bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a Queen with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedded rooms one of which has its own ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower which is wheelchair accessible, and which also provides a special profile bed with direct ramp access to the pool area and a tri-bunk room also with private ensuite facilities. A games room is also provided and includes sensory features such as lights, a ball pool and climbing cubes. This home provides a welcoming homely space for everyone.

Access to the major theme parks is super close with Walt Disney World Resort only 20 minutes away. The Championsgate area is also located only five minutes away and provides an assortment of dining and shopping experiences. Parking on site is limited to five cars as per HOA guidelines with two spaces available on the private drive. The Resort HOA charges a "Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee" currently $35 per group per stay for access to the onsite clubhouse amenities and is payable separately on arrival at the Clubhouse reception desk. Pets are welcome subject to the additional pet fee of $225 plus taxes. Optional pool/jacuzzi heat is available on request and subject to a separate fee.
