This beautiful south corner beachfront condo has a sweeping view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico as well as the pool from its double sized, private balcony!! Rows of windows open the space to an expansive view of the beach from the living room, dining area and the kitchen. This condo was totally remodeled and has a beautiful open kitchen. Free Wifi. Land's End is a gated community located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood. Building #10 is located right next to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub onsite.

**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! No matter what you decide to do, you'll have plenty of happy memories to take away!

Exceptional condo in every way!

This condo is spacious, well kept and has a fantastic view of the ocean. The property manager is excellent and we really appreciate the on-site security on property. This is our second time at this property and we will not stay anywhere else.

Thanksgiving Away

Last minute trip for Thanksgiving. Found this unit on VRBO for 8 nights at a fair price. Nice safe location. Great pool and parking. Unit was as described.

Great rental

We loved our stay! Very clean and very roomy for the four of us. We loved the proximity of the pool; we could view it from our bedroom- very close to the beach too! Hoping we get to stay in this rental again

It was clean, stocked with the necessary kitchen equipment to allow us to cook all our meals, had a very welcoming and home like atmosphere. The view, access to the beach and pool were steps away. Loved the covered assigned parking. It was exceptionally quiet for a holiday weekend. Easy to book on line and checking in was simple. I don’t want to vacation anywhere else in this region. People were respectable and kind. Truly wonderful and would highly recommend this location and unit. I love to cook and loved the amazing kitchen amenities. Didn’t eat out at all!!

Great experience with rental co but I won't rent this unit again

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental company was VERY helpful and responsive. #1 reason I would not rent this particular unit again is due to noise in unit above. One morning, the upstairs neighbors were marching around 4am-6am. Very loud. TOO loud. Also- the pool was fairly cold even though I was told it would be heated. Other things I alerted the rental company to- back sliding door was open when I arrived. Latch does not work well. One of the cabinet doors under the sink will not stay on hinges. Needs to be fixed. Owner may want to leave out instructions for TV remotes. Very difficult to use. A lot of the dishes, silver wear, glasses are spotty and many didn't look clean. Master bedroom was musty. Front door deadbolt did not work well. Both folding chairs on back porch could be cleaned up and knobs fixed on one of the chairs. Other than the dishes/silverwear, the unit was very clean when I arrived.

Great Location right on the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this unit at the end of July and the unit was clean and ready for us at check-in. The management staff was prepared for us and had all the paperwork and keys ready when we stopped by to pick up the keys. This unit will comfortably sleep 4 with the bedding and a couple of kids could sleep on the sectional couch. The unit was well equipped with pretty much any cooking gadget you will need as we made several meals during the course of our stay. It was nice also to have a couple of boogie boards, beach toys, and chairs in the unit. The management company provides starter paper products to get you going so you may want to pick up extra paper products when you stop at the store. Bath towels are provided but you will need to bring your own beach towels. Mark the gate attendant was very friendly when we interacted with him and was comforting to have someone around that you could ask questions of. The grounds of the complex were well kept up and the pool was clean and refreshing. This unit is in the center of alot attractions including boating, beaches, restaurants, water sports. I would recommend that the owner consider replacing the patio draperies as they look a bit worn from use. We hope for the opportunity to return and would rent this unit out again!

There are a couple of minor issues that I think would improve your marks on customer service. If you could just provide enough trash bags and bath soap for the week, it is a small but irritating issue.The unit we were in needed some updating just in decor and furnishings but had the most wonderful view of the gulf.

Winter Escape - Just what we needed

We had 5 teenagers and the safe environment let them roam freely. The beach is one of the best and is very private and not crowded. It is a bit of a hike to restaurants but one call to Free Beach Rides and we were wherever we needed to be.Our condo was great. Nicely upgraded and the layout was open and accommodated our large group for drinks and snacks. If booking, make sure you look at the pictures and reviews of each unit. Our friends did not have the nice layout and updates that our unit had.Check in was super fast and Resort Rentals was just a call away if we needed anything. Would head back there in a heart beat.Also, there were lots of posts about issues with the pool. We never encountered any issues with our kids being in there - everyone was very friendly.

I've been vacationing at Land's End for almost 20 years and this year was one of the best. Building 10 room 201 is simply gorgeous and has the best view of the ocean. It overlooks the pool and beach!
