Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re so glad to hear you found the condo beautiful and enjoyed the location — it truly is a special spot. We’re very sorry to hear about the mildew smell you experienced during your stay. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We wish we had known while you were there so we could have addressed it right away. We’re having the unit thoroughly inspected to identify and resolve the source of the odor. We also understand how frustrating the boil water advisory must have been. Unfortunately, that was issued by the local municipality and outside of our control, but we completely understand the inconvenience it caused. We truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and hope we’ll have the opportunity to host you again in the future with everything fully resolved and up to the high standard you expected.
