The property is very well maintained, lots of space for 4 people. The view of the Gulf of America is fantastic. The furniture is well kept, it's aged but very good condition. The bathrooms are also clean. Water temp.is excellent. Sleeping accommodations are excellent. The area is quiet, walk from the property to the beach in less than 5 minutes. We will be back next year. Thank you very much for a great time at Thunder Island/Madeira beach. Parking your vehicle is not a problem because of assigned spaces.

Perfection!

This unit has turned into an annual rental for us. We’re already planning our return next year. The accessibility to the beach and pool make this ideal! The washer and dryer in unit are a life saver when traveling with kids plus the sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella make getting right to the beach a breeze.

What a wonderful week we had at Sunset Vistas 304W! We have been at the vistas many times but this was our first in this unit. The check in process was so simple and the hosts are very easy to get in contact with. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. How lovely it was to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well. You cannot beat the view or the location!! Perfect sized balcony surrounded by ocean scenery. I’ve read some reviews about the bar below but we had zero problems with the noise (and we stayed over a weekend). Speaking of the sunset bar and sunset cafe, I highly recommend visiting them both. Amazing staff and great food and drinks. Lastly, the parking spot is A. My husband and I kept our beach chairs and fishing gear in our vehicle which is directly by the beach access and elevator. Sunset vistas is our go to and Liz and Charles (hosts) are the names we will be looking for!! Thank you for a very memorable vacation at our favorite place on earth, Treasure Island.

We're delighted you appreciated the unbeatable view and location, as well as the balcony. We’re also pleased that you didn’t experience any noise issues and enjoyed the Sunset Bar and Cafe. Knowing that you found the parking spot convenient for your beach gear is excellent to hear. We look forward to welcoming you back to your favorite place on earth for another memorable stay in the future!
