PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE NOT SHARING THE BATHROOM AND YOU ARE NOT SHARING THE KITCHEN.
Ideal for contractors, travellers on a budget or short-term stays.

Not too many rules, just the usual ones for your safety and well-being.
You are, however, expected to read the house rules for the listing, and abide by them, or you will render your booking under VRBO terms, invalid.
Absolutely enjoy the space but please be respectful of the environment. All noise levels must be considerate, especially at night; we like to keep our neighbours as friends.
General:
The property you are booking will be clean on your arrival, and we ask that you leave it neat and free of rubbish on your departure; for if a greater cleaning service is required, then an extra fee will be charged.
- No pets, sorry - no exceptions :)
- No EXTRA adult/s as overnight visitors. Only persons whose names are listed as guests in the registered booking are permitted.
- No parties or events
- No illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behaviour.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- No commercial operations/photo shoots/commercial filming or adult filming on site.
The police, other authorities, including Airbnb, will be contacted for your removal.
But as we are here to assist you in enjoying your stay, please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure.
To maintain a fresh and healthy environment, this is a strict non-smoking premise. This includes e-cigarettes and vapes. The openness of elevated houses causes cigarette smoke/vapour to drift. If you feel a need to smoke, go outside.
For fire prevention and safety - please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes heating, bathroom fan and portable device chargers.

We only accept guests who have completed all VRBO
compliance requirements:
Who will accept to follow all house rules - no exceptions
Government ID verification, email and phone number as minimum.
Please note that Apartment 2 is sharing the entrance and hallway with Apartment 1, but it's only the entrance and hallway and NOTHING ELSE.
Take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets, etc.). Cleaning fees set by Hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (laundry, vacuuming, etc.).
Litter: Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash.
Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform Hosts of the damage as soon as possible and work with the Host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay reasonable requests for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.
1. Arrive and leave on time.
Unlike a hotel, your vacation rental doesn’t have a 24-hour concierge — just a host who’s probably organizing their day around your check-in schedule. Be mindful of the listing’s check-in and check-out times, and send your host a message if you’re running late. If the place is booked after you leave, they’ll need a few hours to clean before their next guests arrive.
2. Strip the bed and group dirty linens together.
It’s a nice gesture to strip the bed before you go and pile your dirty sheets and towels.
3. Respect your host and their time by washing any dishes you’ve dirtied. It’s also a good idea to wipe down counters and leave the kitchen as you found it.
4. Empty the fridge and take out the trash.
Mail/Parcel Delivery:
Sadly, we do not allow any mail/parcels to be delivered using our address.
As "Short-term rental guests", any mail you want to receive, you can use the post office nearby for delivery. Any unexpected mail/parcels will be returned to the sender.
We provide basic cookware for our guests.
Guests can upgrade to nicer quality cookware, but we take a deposit for that.
