Very Spacious and Well Equipped 4 Bed Villa, Private Pool, A/C, BBQ, Wi-Fi

Our single story villa in Harbour View is just moments from Jolly Harbour and the beach!

There are 2 King-size beds both with en-suites, 2 twin rooms, and a family shower-room. Whilst all rooms also have ceiling fans, there is a Central A/C System & Full Fibre Wi-Fi. The fully kitted kitchen has dishwasher, American-sized fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster & ample cooking utensils and pans, with the washing machine in a separate utility room.

The Villa benefits from having a Solar Panel/Battery System which means it is not affected by the frequent local power outages.

The villa is fully furnished, with towels/linens provided. The property will be professionally cleaned on the day before your arrival. For stays of 2 weeks or more an optional free mid-term clean is available, including fresh bedding. Please let our local property manager know if you wish to take advantage of this service.

Outdoors, the property benefits from having its own private pool and sundeck, with 2 areas of comfortable seating, dining furniture, sun loungers, and a gas barbecue.

The nearest supermarket, selling an extensive range of western food, is a 5-minute walk, as are all of the facilities of Jolly Harbour. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk.

If you choose to have our local property manager arrange your airport transfers, you will be met on arrival at the airport at St. Johns, an approximate 25-minute journey by road.

From the moment we opened the door we felt at home. The property has a real family feel with a fully equipped kitchen and utensils galore. The treasure trove of toys and games kept our nearly 2 and 6 year old grand children entertained.Roxann the local contact was fantastic dealing with an issues, which there really want, quickly and efficiently.Would highly recommend a stay at Milk & Honey.

My husband and I came to the property a week before our family arrived. The calm before the storm!!The property is clean, well equipped with everything you could want in a kitchen and more. Every cupboard has a little surprise. Lots of games and books and even toys for the pool and beach in the utility room The outside area is lovely.The location is great for the supermarket, loads of restaurants and a mini box park. There is also a new gym.There are 4 beaches that you can walk to in about 15 to 20 mins but would recommend a car to get around the island.Roxann the local agent is great, as well as Barry the pool man and the ladies that clean.Please read my review for the following 2 weeks.Would highly recommend staying at Milk & Honey.Thanks for having us Phil

The villa is exactly as described. Everything was very clean and communication with Roxann was excellent. Location of the villa is close to everything. We did rent golf carts to get around Jolly Harbor which is the way to go. Would highly recommend renting this villa

The house was in the perfect location and more than enough size for my family of 4. We enjoyed the pool, the walk to Jolly Harbour beach and supermarket. The deck is large with plenty of seating areas. Outdoor grill was also great and kitchen well stocked. Also 5 minute drive to some of the best beaches -- Ffryes and valley church took almost no time. And you can walk to plenty of restaurants.

Excellent property with everything you need. Market is near by, you can stock up your groceries. The pool was really nice when coming back after a beach day 100% I recommend staying at Milk and Honey

Great property

We stayed for 8 days and were very pleased with our stay. Locally the property owner had contacts to help with any issues we had, and the property was as described. It had plenty of comforts of home, nice beach chairs, shovel for the beach etc. we loved our stay!

Milk & Honey was a Wonderful place to stay - would definitely recommend.

We had 8 people stay and we had lots of room.. we very much enjoyed the pool and the location was perfect... we were in walking distance to the restaurants/stores and Jolly Harbour beach. We could easily walk and when going into st johns the bus system was very easy to use. I hope we get a chance to return one day.

Great space and location

Our stay at Milk & Honey was lovely. There was plenty of space for our delegation for the conference we attended. The pool was a reprieve after long days. Grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. Responsive communication.

Fantastic holiday villa in Harbour View Estate

Milk & Honey is a wonderful villa, perfect for our holiday over the Easter break. It is in a great location, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach, although we did hire a car to visit other parts of the island. The villa itself is very well equipped and you can tell it is used by the family who own it also and not just holiday guests. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. The pool is shallow and would be great for small children, and gives the adults a chance for a dip to cool off too. We really enjoyed our stay at Milk & Honey and will be returning as soon as we can. Thankyou for sharing your home with us.

As promised

We actually came here 8 years ago and this was a return visit to celebrate two birthdays in a big family group. The Villa is ideally situated near lovely beaches, shops and restaurants and is comprehensively equipped with everything you could need. The pool is clean and a good size. The whole set up was perfect for our holiday purpose and we can highly recommend it.

Privacy in the sun!

Our family with grown children loved our stay. Easy walk to eat, buy groceries or go to the beach. Very private location. Rooms well appointed. You need to buy essentials like TP or Kleenex etc. but other than that everything you need is provided. Tons of room!

Great place, location

Great place. Well equipped in just about every way. Only one complaint: primary king is extremely uncortable. Listing does say cable/Sat channels but they must have dropped the subscription because there was none. Not the worst thing while in the Caribbean, but if you are in for a night or working from home during the day you might wish to know this. Overall, great place.

We use it regularly, and do not find it so, and this is the first we have heard from Guests finding it uncomfortable. Thanks for the feedback on the cable TV. We haven't cancelled the subscription and so will have our local property manager check it out.

Milk and Honey Villa

We had an amazing time at Milk and Honey. Location was great. 5 minute walk to groceries and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Villa was well stocked and spacious. Having the private pool was amazing. Management was very attentive as well as the owner. Any issues we had (and they were minor) were addressed quickly. We did have to cut our stay short due the corona virus but will definitely go back. Amazing island and people.

Second time Around

This is the second time my family has stayed here. This time it was 6 of us, last time it was 8. Once again we had a wonderful stay. The Villa is as described and the amenities are great. We enjoyed the pool, and we were able to cook food as needed. You had everything we needed for the beach. I would recommend this Villa to anyone. If I get the chance to come back to Antigua I'll be looking for Milk & Honey first. Thanks for everything.

Lovely Antigua

We stayed at Milk and Honey Villa for 28 days. We soaked up sunshine on the huge deck, which gave all of us pur own private area if we so desired. The house was large and very liveable. Bring bug spray!!! The bugs loved our sweet blood! The AC and the screens on the windows were a huge help with these little creatures. Interestingly it rained every day except for 2 that we were on the Island. People of Antigua are so friendly and helpful.

Lovely villa, perfectly situated for local shops & restaurants and a great base to see Antigua

Milk & Honey is a spacious villa fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The pick up from the airport was hassle free and, as it was our first trip to Antigua, Glen the driver gave us tips on things to do and see. Everybody was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and although the water pressure is variable, the bathrooms were clean and perfectly adequate. If you want to see more of the island, you have to hire a car but be warned, driving in Antigua is an 'interesting' experience :-) Overall, Milk & Honey is a perfect base, highly recommended and we will definitely be returning in the future.

A great place to stay while exploring Antigua

We stayed here for a week, and enjoyed it very much. The house is spacious and the bedrooms big. And we loved the outdoor with the pool. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Some mosquitoes, but we sprayed ourselves, and that solved the problem. Not far to groceryshops and restaurants and the beach. But don't spend all the time at this beach, there are so many beautiful beaches nearby, they have to be seen. So we sould recommend renting a car. The humps are horrible on this island, but you get used to it eventually. We only had good experiences with the house, and the airport pickup was great! I would absolutely recommend this house!

Amazing Holiday

Perfect size villa for the 8 of us, beautiful pool area and comfy loungers. Excellent location only five minutes walk to the supermarket and restaurants in Jolly Harbour. Stacey-Ann was extremely efficient with all our queries and help when we needed. The maid service was excellent, we had been out for the day and when we returned the villa was spotless and she had even emptied the dishwasher for us. I have never stayed at a villa where the host has been so informative and helpful. Phil replied to all my emails and questions, emailed us the welcome pack before we arrived so we could plan our stay and familiarise ourselves. Also was extremely kind in allowing us a late check out as we had a very late flight back to the UK.

Just the place for a relaxing caribbean experience

This was our first visit to Antigua and we had a wonderful time. We try to book properties that the owner says they regularly visit because we find them better kitted out, and this was certainly the case at Milk and Honey: the villa was very well equipped. It has to be said we didn’t do much cooking because of the great selection of local bars and restaurants in and around Jolly Harbour, ie walking distance, to try. As we saw other parts of the island, we realised how lucky we were to be only a 5 min walk away – even less in the golf buggy we hired - from a huge supermarket with ATMs. Beaches, including the local one at Jolly Harbour, were all pristine – just as in the postcards. Although we did enjoy sea-swimming and snorkelling, it was great to get home from the beach and cool off with a swim in the villa’s pool too. Would definitely recommend this property.

We currently live in the UK, having spent a career mostly working and living overseas. We bought this property in 2008 to provide a vacation home for ourselves and our daughters, and to provide an extended vacation home during retirement.

The property comprises 1600 square feet internally, a 300 square foot sun verandha overlooking the 11 metre pool, which is contained within a timber deck area.
With 1600 square feet of internal living area, the property is ideal for extended vacations. It is configured to enable two families of four to share identical bedrooms, ie, with two master bedrooms, both with kingsize beds, ensuites, and wardrobes, dressers. Similarly there are two identical twin rooms, which share a shower room. It is therefore ideal for two families of four to share a vacation.
The property is fully equipped to facilitate self catering, with Denby crockery, Diners cutlery, and Circulon pans. It is quiet, and removed from the hustle and bustle of Jolly Harbour, but is only a 5 minute walk away from the Jolly Harbour supermarket, restaurants etc.
