Be sure to make arrangements ahead of time for a rental golf cart before your arrival.
The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.

PARKING: Homeowners keep a car and a golf cart (not available for guest use) in the garage, and therefore there is only room for one (1) golf cart in the garage. Driveway parking is available for guests.
GUEST POLICY: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)
GOLF CART: Be sure to make arrangements ahead of time to have a rental golf cart for your arrival.
Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date
Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.
Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines.
Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.
POOL HEAT DETAILS:
• This pool is serviced by electric heat and can take up to 36 hours to heat up to the desired temperature.
- The pool heat is not able to reach desired temps if the weather is below 55 degrees and therefore is not offered when the weather is projected to be below 55 (on the low side).
• The pool is monitored via an external control. Guests are not permitted to adjust pool temperature or other functions. Failure to comply can result in fines or expulsion from the premises.
• When choosing to add the pool heat – this cost will cover getting the pool to an average temperature of 83-84 degrees.
• DEC-APR: The cost to heat the pool during these months will be $20/day. Please notify management prior to your stay if desire the pool to be heated during these months.
• OCT-NOV: The cost to heat the pool during these months will be $20/day. Please notify management prior to your stay if desire the pool to be heated during these months.
• The pool heating option is not always guaranteed and may be denied at the discretion of the homeowner due to extreme weather conditions, if applicable.
• Please feel free to send a message to discuss your pool heat desires if this is something you are interested in. The pool heat runs by day and must be requested 48 hours ahead of time as the pool will take some time to get heated.
Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.
