This specious 4-bedroom Vacation House with a charming set up, fully furnished basement and private back yard with heated pool and hot tub, offers a perfect getaway for families or groups looking to unwind in nature or indoors.

The main level features an open concept living and dining area with large windows and high ceilings that provide plenty of sunlight. A fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, while the cozy living room is ideal for relaxing by the fireplace.

The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub. Three additional bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, while the loft area serves a great space for kids or extra guests. Fully furnished basement offers a fun game room, large sectional sofa and various entertainment options.

Step outside to a large deck with seating, perfect for watching sunsets or enjoying meals outdoors. The heated pool is open from May to October and the hot tub offers year-round relaxation.

The Space

This upscale, bright and cozy three-story, 4 bedroom/4 bathroom + secret loft house, comfortably accommodates 14 guests.

Fully furnished basement offers a great entertainment area for all ages.

Living-Dining Area

The spacious living room connects right with the well-equipped kitchen that offers an 8-seat island; a dining room table that will accommodate 12 people and convenient access to the deck, where you can enter the pool and the hot tub area.

The living room offers a large comfy couch, a smart TV and electrical fireplace for a cozy retreat on the chillier evenings.

Kitchen

The kitchen island sits right off the well-equipped kitchen with a large gas range, conventional oven, microwave, beverage refrigerator and a coffee station. All the kitchen essentials and cookware are conveniently located for the guests to use.

Bedroom 1- Master Bedroom

Upstairs, straight down the hallway, you will enter the Master Bedroom Oasis that will let you enjoy the Hampton style/light color fixtures and comfy King size bed for a great night rest. The bedroom also offers a twin-size futon-bed for the families travelling with little ones. A Pack-and-Play is conveniently located in the master closet, for those in need.

A master bathroom offers a free-standing tub and a large walk-in shower. Towel heater is conveniently located on the wall right next to the hot tub. What could be better than a hot shower or relaxing evening in a soaking tub after a long day? We hope our guests will relax and enjoy the space as much as we do.

Bedroom 2- Queen Room with Bathroom

Right off to the left on the hallway, bedroom #2 offers a Queen bed and access to the bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room is facing the back yard and offers chill vibe and cozy atmosphere for a great night’s rest.

Bedroom 3- Queen + Twin Bunk Bedroom

Right off to the right on a hallway, bedroom #3 offers a built-in Bunk Bed with the Queen bed on the bottom, and a twin bed on the top. This fun and functional space accommodates up to 3 children, offering a playful and cozy atmosphere for younger guests.

This room has access to a staircase, which leads directly into our BONUS Room- the LOFT.

Bedroom 4- Main Floor

Located on the main floor, this cozy bedroom offers a King bed with a twin-size futon. The bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located next door to the bedroom.

LOFT- 2 Queen + Twin Bed

Upstairs, passing through Bedroom 3, the expansive loft space comfortably accommodates up to 5 people, making it a great spot for kids or extra guests. The versatile space includes cozy seating nook, a small entertainment area, and plenty of room to spread out.

Basement

The fully furnished basement adds even more value to your stay, featuring a variety of games such as air hockey, darts, and board games for hours of entertainment. Enjoy your favorite drink at the bar area or watch your favorite game/movie on the 75-in smart TV. It’s the perfect spot for both kids and adults to enjoy some friendly competition or simply relax together.
