Pontos positivos: Check-in, comunicação, localização e precisão do anúncio
The location was very convenient and close to everything we needed, and the check-in process was easy and seamless. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the home did not meet our expectations. The house appeared to have been straightened up rather than thoroughly cleaned. We noticed ants in the home, mold on some of the cushions outside, and quite a bit of dust on the air vents. There were also no face washcloths provided. I had to purchase them for all the guests. In addition, one of the bed legs broke during our stay ( which they did send someone to fix it the day before we left), and the PlayStation was not working. Overall, the home has a great location and an easy check-in process, but it would benefit from a more thorough cleaning and better attention to maintenance and amenities between guests.

It was great! Having 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers was very helpful. We brought our own keurig for coffee. I wish we had time to go to the lazy river area... We will be back!

Our stay at this 10-bedroom home in Paradiso Grande was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a luxury resort combined with the comfort of home. Every room was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly spacious — perfect for large families or groups traveling together. The house easily accommodated everyone without ever feeling crowded. The beds were extremely comfortable, the themed rooms were a hit, and the multiple living spaces allowed everyone to relax in their own way. The kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking for a big group effortless.

BEAUTIFUL house, GREAT location, PERFECT for a big family. 2 sets of washer & dryer, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers. Really could use a double oven for cooking for large crowds. Other than the 1 oven, everything was great. The communication from the manager was outstanding. Responded to all questions in a timely manner.

The property was clean and well designed, and overall the space itself was nice. Unfortunately, there was a piercing noise coming from the HVAC system that occurred on and off every few minutes and lasted for several minutes at a time. I reached out about this during the stay but did not receive a response or resolution. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the guest experience.
