Hi Ruth, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered. Regarding the AC, our records show that it was cleaned a week before your check-in, and we requested an additional cleaning after your check-out to address any concerns. The items provided in the house are listed in the description of the property, and we understand your expectations may have been different. The gym and pool hours are set by the resort and can occasionally change, but we were not notified of any adjustments during your stay. As for the lost item, we attempted to contact you via phone as it was not found in the house. We regret that we couldn’t locate it. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future. Best regards, The Innovare Team
