Open and bright with sliders overlooking the sizable pool and deck area with total privacy for the bar/kitchen area with outdoor grill. Two poolside dining tables with seating for 16+ with chaise lounge chairs.

Newer appliances plus all dishes and small appliances you would need to create gourmet meals. Family and Living Rooms have fireplace and Family room has large flat screen TV. Also has stereo, DVD, CD player. If you would like to use bicycles during your stay, please let us know and we would be more than happy to help!

The Highlands Golf Course is a picturesque and challenging par 72 championship course located steps away. The Highlands golf course features generous greens and tree lined fairways that reward the well played shot. Play among the mature oaks and massive pines while enjoying The Highlands unique blend of old-Florida style golfing mixed with modern technology. You can now experience the only course in the area with GPS Mobile equipped golf carts that give you a 3D image of the hole with onboard yard information to help you take your game to the next level.

2 Month Minimum Stay required. There is a 13% Tax and Cleaning Fee of $650.00. 50% of Total Rental amount is due upon booking the reservation, and the balance due 90 days prior to the arrival date. No pets please. CANCELLATION: In the event the Tenant cancels the reservation, they are responsible for the entire amount of the rent and tax. If the Landlord is able to re-lease the premises for the entire time frame of the Guest License Agreement, they will refund Tenant’s money, minus 3.5% of the rental amount for processing fees.
- Please note that no trucks are permitted to be parked outside of the garage - Commercial nor Standard, due to community deed restrictions. This property is leased on a first come, first serve basis. If we reply the property is available, it is at that moment but may become unavailable before you can book it. We suggest you book as soon as possible to not lose your favorite vacation rental. Pool/Spa heat is optional at $150.00/week
There must be a minimum of (2) adults over the age of 30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premises.
