This 2-bedroom, 2 bath top floor condo at The Caprice has stunning views for miles! South corner condo in a prime location on St. Pete Beach near all restaurants, shopping and activities that the beach always has to offer! Traditional décor and comfortable furnishings, updated and fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer onsite for use, private balcony that faces the Gulf of Mexico to watch all of our famous sunsets….All of this sitting on miles of white beach to explore!! PLEASE NOTE: This is a non smoking property except in designated areas on grounds.

The Caprice features free WiFi, free parking, a sparkling pool (heated in the winter) with a beautiful sundeck, a nice BBQ area and shuffleboard and shared washer/dryer rooms. Beach volleyball courts are also available right next to the Caprice Resort.

The beach view was amazing! It was the holiday weekend, but took longer to hear from the host. Perfect size for what we needed!There were no beach towels available, except through the resort directly, and only one chair.

The location was just perfect. The private beach area with umbrellas, palm trees and loungers was wonderful! That's where we spent most of the day. Unfortunately, there was a large family reunion while we were there and they monopolized the pool area and all of the seating, otherwise it would be a nice quiet place. The sheets were a little rough, but everything else was just wonderful. It was a great getaway.

The place was great! We had everything we needed, the pool was great, access to the beach was easy, parking was never a problem. The only issue we had was cleanliness. The floor was very dirty and gritty, and it didn’t look like under the beds had ever been swept. The kitchen towels were also stained and very unappealing. In spite of this, I would still stay here again.

The condo is a great location, with views directly on to the beach. It’s walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants. The furnishings are adequate. The bathrooms are somewhat dated and could do with an upgrade but it was clean.

Unit is really run down. The microwave was not strong enough to cook a hotdog even. The floor in the master bath had dirty footprints on it, someone walked on the wet floor with dirty shoes. I cleaned it up. Tv in 2nd bedroom wasn’t working. I could have called someone to come in but all our things were already in and I didn’t want a stranger to come.

Location to the beach and beach views from the condo are outstanding! Loved having a balcony! Condo was clean and provided all the essentials. Remember to bring your own shampoo, otherwise you’ll be fully equipped.

Very nice condo right on the beach

Condo was a little dated but very nice. It was clean & right on the beach. Restaurants in close walking distance.

Location is fantastic!!! Close to restaurants and right on the beach however the unit is really dated. The bathrooms are from the 80s, the showerhead barely trickles out. The bed pillows are in need of updating, master closet door is broken and the couch is dirty. For the money there are definitely better units available in the building.

All was in great condition but for the toilet in the second bathroom. It wouldnt flush without plunging. We decided to mention it in the review rather than call maintenance.Otherwise we loved it.
